I have a good experience, I can also pack on the floor when we not busy & doing customer service, and I also help at the Stockroom when there's a DC, when I'm on tea or lunch when theres a line on the tills I don't mind to help

I am a self motivated person who is will to grow.
Working together as a team we can achieve the ultimate goals and reach our targets, I have a number of years in retail, two years experience in hospital and six moths experience in QA, there reason for 6month experience I needed something permanent and there was no opportunity for that, hance am in the market.
Pros: Growing and learning about medical condition while working medicine, we have a good team where we try to motivate each other every morning, understanding a good customer care and ensuring we have stock since that is the back bone of the business, what make me more happy I seeing the difference we make in our community.
Cons: It's long hours and retail hours, I enjoy them but I am missing our on some of my kids activities done over the weekends since that is most time I am at work.

Good
The company is good but doesnt give out opportunity on working on other departments and works are not good with customers service, promotions stock is not promoted well. Some co-workers complain while you get busy your sales with the customer.

Great experience gained in the health industry.
Great experience gained in the health and wellness industry as well as customer service skills and promoting products to increase sales. The ream is quite big so teamwork is very important. All my colleagues get along with each other because there's a constant communication amongst us. It's really fun and enjoyable every single day. However the most challenging part of work is the lack of growth. I would like to pursue a career and gets frustrated when opportunities don't arise regardless of the effort I put in. This is the sole reason for me searching for alternative employment.

Good experience
I have been with my current company for the past five years and it has been a good experience because i have learned a lot,in terms of delevering a good customer service. Making sure that we reach our targets and that the customer does come back again.

Learning
Giving excellent customer service on a daily basis, dealing with complaints, handling queries, managing front shop, making sure everyone is doing what they're supposed to, maintaining tea's and lunches, floor walk taking notes for the following day for staff to action, making sure that the shop is tidy for the next day, cash up cashiers, do banking, and run end of day. I like working with people I learn a lot from them background and different cultures.

I am working at the pharmacy with my Manager and two pharmacist assistants.
I get to dispense prescription medication and also over the counter medication based on patients symptoms. I get to deal with many different kinds of patients and it has taught me to have a lot of patients when dealing with people. I get to to come up with solutions for problems brought forward by the pharmacist assistants and thus becoming independent in a way when I am the responsible pharmacist in charge.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth as a pharmacist

Shop assistant, cashier, stock reciever
I have gained experience over the last couple of years. And on a daily base I would read out notes. Then proceed to filling up stock so that it helps rotate stock while cleaning up my department. It's imperative to make sure that all documents are in order such as your shorts and over documents, return and exchange slips, your electronic journals and so on. After that doing customer service is extremely important so that would be my priority throughout the day. Then at the end of the day I would make sure the stockroom is clean and in order for the next day.

Me being accountable for anything that happens under my watch is my biggest achievement.
A good place to learn different site of pharmacy and to become independent as a pharmacist. A good opportunity for experience gaining. Getting exposed to different types of people with different problems you end up learning how to communicate with different people with different attitudes.
Pros: It is a great learning environment and different from my previous hospital pharmacy job
