I am working at the pharmacy with my Manager and two pharmacist assistants.
I get to dispense prescription medication and also over the counter medication based on patients symptoms. I get to deal with many different kinds of patients and it has taught me to have a lot of patients when dealing with people. I get to to come up with solutions for problems brought forward by the pharmacist assistants and thus becoming independent in a way when I am the responsible pharmacist in charge.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth as a pharmacist
Cons: Long working hours and less time to rest

Shop assistant, cashier, stock reciever
I have gained experience over the last couple of years. And on a daily base I would read out notes. Then proceed to filling up stock so that it helps rotate stock while cleaning up my department. It's imperative to make sure that all documents are in order such as your shorts and over documents, return and exchange slips, your electronic journals and so on. After that doing customer service is extremely important so that would be my priority throughout the day. Then at the end of the day I would make sure the stockroom is clean and in order for the next day.

Me being accountable for anything that happens under my watch is my biggest achievement.
A good place to learn different site of pharmacy and to become independent as a pharmacist. A good opportunity for experience gaining. Getting exposed to different types of people with different problems you end up learning how to communicate with different people with different attitudes.
Pros: It is a great learning environment and different from my previous hospital pharmacy job

Excellent learning curve with loads of training and development
Very good opportunity for a start and for growth for people looking to gain a lot in the retail industry. Good working relationships and colleagues, excellent management and well developed staff. Lot AF training and development for employees, care for employees and support for employees. Reasonable procedures and rules that also look out for both employers and employees.

I typically day work is we do not stand around there is always something to do, we h as ve a great work understanding at work Im cashier at clicks but yet have learn many things doing the work of a service advisor learning in beauty department what I enjoy most at work is helping the customers seeing them leaving happy and get exactly what they wanted in our store, the most challenging is working with difficult customers but stil let them leave a happy customer and come back for the great service they get every time they enter our store.
Pros: The is growth in our company so to work at clicks is amazing but it's been 6 years almost and I'm ready for change.
Cons: The working hours is fine there I don't have a problem with it but if I can't get 9-5 job I won't say no

opportunities for grow,a good place to start a career of customer service.work place is safe and the seniors are very concern about our growth,spent too much time at work than with our families the salary is not equivalent to the work we are inducing within the company but overall its a great place for growth

I would like to engage with people with a proper vision because I believe that there is direct with a plan or goal to be achieved. The industry that I'm currently working in, it's not challenging, it does allow an individual to grow.
