Improved skills
i have learnt a lot since I started at clicks and i have improved my skills and knowledge. i have a good understanding of the company culture and principles as well as the working standards. i know what is required of me and i deliver above expectations on a daily basis.

Excellent learning curve
It was a good experience working at clicks ,mostly you would know how to treat clients and how they usually respond and how they always need attention.
Pros: Good environment to find yourself and what you good at.
Cons: Only 8 working hours a day and 2 days off a week.

Very friendly,and a team player
Im very friendly and a great team player. A day at work includes many different challenges when it comes to customers and job requirements. I have learnt how to create schedules in dealing with tasks. My interaction with customers is my most enjoyable part of my job.

Risk is an behavioral issue
I manage currently a retail flag ship store, Pharmacy, front shop and clinic. My daily duties entail sales targets achieved, promotions, merchandising, stock control, policies, procedures, SOP (Standards of Operations) are adhered to and fully complied with. I manage a Pharmacy Manager and a frontshop manager with a Recieving Clerk on a daily basis. the store team is 38 members excl outside merchandisers. Store and stock controls is efficient to minimise risk and potential losses. IR / ER Management. Till Bank Discrepancies, Shorts & Overs applied.

Learned a lot about serving excellent customer service
At Clicks I learned a lot about serving excellent customer service and I also learned a lot about dealing with customer objections. I ran our electronical department and it was a great opportunity and experience.

Excellent learning curve
I used to work Monday to Friday, had excellent relationship with my co-workers. sometimes we used to work under pressure but finish all the work same day and i enjoyed that challenge because it made learn how to work with deadlines with or without co- workers.

Excellent learning experience
It was a great learning experience which taught me the importance of working long hours and being able to form new friendship. It taught me how to interact with customers on a daily basis whether difficult or friendly.

Great company
I hi I would love to get back ink into the landlord side of property management, been a tenant has been great but I have a landlord/ me a managing agent for 90% of my career and that is where my strengths are.

Excellent expierence build up
Working for Clicks for 6years works in all the departments in the store . Currently working in receiving for 3years. Im a fast learner an also like to help to help others. Working with people and I can work on my own.
