Excellent learning curve

I used to work Monday to Friday, had excellent relationship with my co-workers. sometimes we used to work under pressure but finish all the work same day and i enjoyed that challenge because it made learn how to work with deadlines with or without co- workers.

Clicks is a great company to work for.

On a regular day, we would have our shift meeting,teas and lunches are planned out for the day, everybody has a task that they have to complete. Dealing with customers is really tough sometimes, but that is where you learn the most. My colleagues made my days special at work and I really have an amazing manager! Work is actually really fun. The only challenge really is the long hours and that there was almost no time for family. Yes,sometimes our jobs requires us to work those long hours in order for us to put food on the table and pay bills, but retail hours can be exhausting. Other than that, I learned a lot in the 3 years working at Clicks and I believe it built me for the future.

Pros: A company with endless possibilities and opportunities.
Cons: working long hours and holidays

Very friendly,and a team player

Im very friendly and a great team player. A day at work includes many different challenges when it comes to customers and job requirements. I have learnt how to create schedules in dealing with tasks. My interaction with customers is my most enjoyable part of my job.

Pros: Great exposure in desired field
Cons: Continuous re-shuffling of shifts

Improved skills

i have learnt a lot since I started at clicks and i have improved my skills and knowledge. i have a good understanding of the company culture and principles as well as the working standards. i know what is required of me and i deliver above expectations on a daily basis.

Excellent learning curve

It was a good experience working at clicks ,mostly you would know how to treat clients and how they usually respond and how they always need attention.

Pros: Good environment to find yourself and what you good at.
Cons: Only 8 working hours a day and 2 days off a week.

I have a SETA certificate of completing my management learning experience

There is a great opportunity for of growth, but change is good. I would like to changm e.. I believe change is good that is why I am applying for a this position in this company

Pros: After signed off, I can apply for store manager
Cons: 7am to 6pm

Worst company to work for

moneyThis company is by far the worse company anyone could ever work for. I wouldn't even wish on my worse enemy. That work us under duress with no reward at all what so ever. I regret ever applying for this company

Pros: There is nothing good
Cons: Long hours, peanut salary, everything is just horrible

A stepping stone

It's Hectic, but I view it as a stepping stone. Working with difficult customers has taught me patience and you do learn how to deal with people. The working hours are normal it just sucks that we don't get paid overtime though sometimes we leave 2 hours after close time. We get Bread, Sugar and Tea provided to us.

Excellent learning curve

Everyday day is a challenge and learn how deal with different people. Handling staffing problems and coming up with new ideas as how to assist in growing the company, meeting investors and helping and dealing with customer queries effectively

Nice company

My relationship with my co workers is excellent and at clicks we do multi tasking .so we need to grow as individuals and also take care of the wellness of the employees
