Good at learning new things

I am a hardworking individual and strive on always ensuring that the quality of my work is seen and measures well with the standards of any company. In my career I have worked with diverse people which makes it easier for me to communicate with people from different backgrounds. I thrive myself to sticking to deadlines and always having the end goal in my mind when dealing with tasks. As with all the companies I have worked for, confidentiality is one of the qualities that I have which is essential for this position.

How to do busary applications

I enjoy working in a nice, clean and quite environment and I work very well with my co-workers. I enjoy doing my work and catching up on reality issues surrounding our country. I think a typical work day is when we don't have but have to stay at the office to complete work, The challenging part of the job is when students are on strike demanding lots of answers to our superiors. I have learnt a lot about the bursary requirements for a student.

Pros: you get to know lots about finance and bursary requirements

Excellent learning curve

I was a field sales agent prospecting clients doing business development and also marketing I wrote my only pitch inline with the company policy which was reviewed and approved. I had a basic salary and commission which was quite difficult to reach we had morning breafing

Was a big stepping stone to push my career forward

I came from call center and needed a career change as it was a dead end I needed to improve myself as well as needed a challenge in life that was the reason for me moving to administration my contract ended so I now I'm looking for a need job/opportunity

Dealing with rude customers

Excellent learning curve

The staff at College of Cape Town gets along very well. We have good relationship wikn the staff. The advantage of working theee is thay there sre no overtime but the disadvantage is that you s you only get public holidas off you don't get the school holidays off s

Go the extra mile for my students, staff, family, friends and community

Teach Operations Management in NCV Management program.Assessor, moderator, facilitator and UMALUSI external moderator.Passion empowering young and old people.Community and voluntary worker. Use social media to post careers, bursaries, motivational messages.Challenging aspects students not realising the importance of studies and wasting their energy on wrong things.I have learnt that no matter your circumstance any challenge can become an opportunity,

Pros: I am a firm believer of being humble and if something is meant for you and you stay positive and work hard it will become a reality. If not allow it to someone that needs it more.
Cons: Not being able to help everyone in need.

Good experience

The Learnership which I have taken are practical and have helped build relationships if with related skills and have build relationships in working with in a team the environment has helped me to work more independently, encourage less supervision and possess enhanced problem solving capabilities. I was motivated and strived to add value to the business.
