INNOVATIVE AND MOTIVATION HARD WORKING PUNCTUALITY

IN MY COMPANY WE ARE THE ONE UNITE FAMILY.HOWEVER WE KEEP TIME WE HELP ONE ANOTHER WE MENTOR THOSE NEW ONES THAT CAME TO JOIN US FOR INSTANCE WE SOLVE CIRCUITS AND TEST FAULT FIND. AS I SAID WE ARE UNITED AND I HAVE LEARNT THAT YOU NEED TO LOVE YOURSELF NOT ONLY YOURSELF BUT OTHERS TOO. AND TREAT EVERYBODY EQUALLY COMMUNICATION IS VITAL. I ENJOY LEARNING TO INVENT NEW THINGS HOWEVER ESTABLISH NEW INNOVATIVE IDEAS

Good learning curve

On a day to day basis I run the office. I have a huge workload as I am the only admin lady in the office. I meet my deadline as I plan my work/duties according deadlines and would also do extra. I am a peoples person so I get along with people. I am able to work in a group or alone. Being fresh in the industry I have leant alot and always make room for improvement. Also have an open mind, I do listen to other people's ideas and opinions. I work mostly with tenders so I find it challenging when I have just received a tender that has to be submitted 2 or 3 days after I have just received it as I plan my work/duties. I like to seek advice because I believe in always learning and improvement.

Cons: Long working hours

GOOD COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

I HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH POEPLE AM WORKING WITH AND I HAVE LEARNT SO MUCH IN EVERY FILED I HAVE BEEN. I ENJOY DISCUSSION AND I ALWAYS WIN BECAUSE I COULD PERSUATE.

Pros: ALWAYS HOPING TO SUCCED
Cons: I ALWAYS WANT TO WIN AND SOMETIMES IT BECOMES DISADVANTAGEOUS

Cultural Diversity

College of Cape Town is made out of people from different backgrounds and cultures. The Staff respect each other and the treatment is not diversified
