Leaning to run my own business
It very challenging because we must be in an office by 6:00 am, we knockout by 17:00. We work under a commission only there is no basic salary. We work from Monday to Sunday no job no pay. We deal with customers others give us negative response but we must always maintain to smile for another customer.

Moderate learning
I was working to open new account,i was working from monday to sunday even in public holidays.I always go to the office around 5a.m so that i can arrive early. we start by having meetings everyday before we go to the store.It was nice working with my collegues,even though sometimes they give me tough love.Because they want each and every person to open 5 account per day,if you don't do that they said you are lazy. I have learnt how to deal with customers even though they don't speak with me well.I also learnt to have confidence,work ethic and great attitude because people relate to your attitude. What i enjoyed most is to have fun in the field with customers,beacuse some customers they like me and this encouraged me to wake up with a smile when am going to work. GOING TO WORK AND COME BACK WITH NO RESULT.

Ecxiting workplace
the organisation is really good and an exciting place to be especially in the mornings.... So its all about going there in the morning and get there early before 6am for the atmosphere morning excitment were we train and learn alot about the marketing system which is the perfect earea to get to learn from all your co-workers and try to motivate each other to stay strong and push hard for the money because some days its really challenging when we cant hit the target

Work in huge group always push my self to be the number one
I love company which gives my self enough time to grow, since I joint CREDICO I realize that relationship with customers and and team is always a blessing Because I learn on how to train other people using information which I obtain from the office. Well some of things which I've learn so far 8&5 steps on how to create and control conversation with customers. Some of the challenges is to come up with solution for something thing you don't know.

A growing industry that promotes with a rapid pace
To enhance my knowledge and capabilities by working in a dynamic organisation that prides itself in givig a substantial responsibility to new talent. We work long hours from 06:00 to 19:00 Co-workers are frieandly and helping I enjoy the teach-backs to new members The challenging part is the direct selling especially closing the deal

6 -8 months training program that develops and build to you to manage your own business. Marketing Company .Independent Sales Agent to generate their own finance .Commission payment only.

I have worked good with all people in the place that I'm at now
Credico is a developing business in which you build yourself in the business to a managerial level .it is an intense business in which you develop sense of urgency and other aspects needed by a sales consultant and you obtain the knowledge of running a company

Great learning experience sine u start as a door to door sales representative.
I am a hard working individual that is not afraid of challenges. I make sure that everything that is given to I problem solve and make the best out of what ever I am working with, just give me a chance to prove my worth.i am able to work with people was working with more the 30 people every single day I was not easy to manage all for them but since I had a good relationship with them it was easy for me.if u appoint me just know your company is in the right hands as I am a good learner, listener and a leader.
Pros: I was a sales representative in an month was promoted to a training manager then in 5 month I was promoted to assistant manager after 6 months I was promoted then to CEO.
Cons: Was working 6am to 6pm

Excellent learning and growth
I've been working for this company almost 2 years. I've learnt a lot in this company.there is a growth in this company and working in this company has changed my being,now I'm good at communicating with people in a professional way and excitement. They build a good relationship with their employees. What I enjoy the most was to talk to my customers because I'm a friendly person naturally. Yes ,there will be customers who will give you hard time while working but what i like about our company I that they taught us how to deal with such customers (overturn the negative). But now I'm looking forward to work with other companies in order to grow and maximise my knowledge.
