Learned a lot about National Credit Regulator

Working on a V_ call system generating leads, calling blacklisted clients and register them for their names to be cleared. We will capture the clients details on a v_call system and on a Payteq banking system for the debit order to go through for the registration fee. I enjoyed mostly when I called a client only to find that is one of our previous client that we had assisted with the blacklisting and they will refer other people to us for assistance.

I am well spoken, energetic as well as hardworking I can adapt to any work space

Working at Credit clear and all other companies I have worked for has given me the platform to shine and grow as person. Because I came into the call center industry with no experience and now I have gained that experience that I need as an agent. At the same time I have put so many smiles on the clients I have interacted with especially with my multilingual skills as I am well spoken in four languages one of them being Afrikaans and that has also worked to my advantage as well

Stressfull and depressing environment ever

Hours at Credit clear are in two ways from 7am till 16:45pm or from 8am till 5pm. I have signed a contract if 3months it's never been renewed to show that I am permanent. People get fired almost everyday whether you try your level best to make a sale to them it's never good enough. I was never fired however I have seen people with potential getting fired just because they were a bad week not making sale that was depressing me. Commission is not paid as promised it's also a story after the other. Oh my God leads are so bad in such a way one will go all out to try get leads for himself/herself to keep her job.One thing I have learnt is to never give up on a sake push and close the deal once a client gives time and listening to me it's a sale done, handling objections with a positive attitude learnt from them.

Good company to work with

It's a good working company, when starting training is done and the people there are people friendly, it's a well organised place to work at buthe it can be stressfull but you have to know what you there to do,if you are people friendly then one can blend in perfect, what this company has thought me is to always be patient with clients and build a good rapport with your client, always smile when talking to a client even if it's through the phone you get to learn a lot while there

Excellent learning

Company was not good, the environment is not healthy, the employees was always resigning, itarfet was not met because company promised clients that they will clear their credit which is lie, salary sometimes delay and they dismiss if u not reach their target

Work ethic,punctuality, good communication skills

Was good company .did tele sales to clear people and help them with their credit status. Provided with got leads to clear and pitch them our products how it works. Reason for leaving credit Clear. Contract expired and never renewed.

Pros: Goal driven within company

Bittersweet experience (mostly bitter)

I no longer work at the company. We worked from 07:30 till 17:00 with a 30min lunch and 15min tea,not much time to enjoy. There was no correct motivation,if you not doing well they'll leave you to struggle and once they see that you not making sales they fire you. There was no teamwork or motivation from fellow colleagues. I enjoyed some of the cash incentives on a good day and the casual Friday wear,only. My biggest challenge was working with already used leads which was very discouraging because you find that the call was not captured correctly, hence problems with sales.

Pros: Gaining a spine in the industry because no one.was on your side
Cons: Long working hours, lack of motivation, not enough tea or lunch time, recycled and used leads

Excellent job

Excellent job Mon-Fri Sales industry it was so easy Their leads made things easy for us Thank you I’ve learnt so much Handling objections was so easy Training made things easy for us The working environment was cool Especially when u co operate I’ve enjoyed watching the score board seeing who got more than 4sales before 12 then will fight for that position I’ve learnt to build a rappor with my clients so the can trust me I was Challenged by transferring the clients to the bank some are old can’t answear correct so they don’t give them their acc no

Cons: They don’t recognize the effort u put in the company
