Excellent learning curve

The company was scandalous and with that it is even closed down. So we had to leave ot or shut down with it.g. i really dont have much to say about it as it is an overwhelming experience to talk about.

Personal development, Safe working conditions/ environment

We have a great team and work well under pressure. Working hours are good plus we don't work on weekends and public holidays. We need to work on having better junior managers who understand people's skills and work ethics. Personal development is very crucial to me.

Good learning experience

It is a good company and tgey take work seriously. They had a good relationship with tgey employe. ge employees are good people abd the supervisor were very helpful . I mostly enjoyed the competitive nature of every one and tge fun that was had during and after working hours. What was challenging is making sales and closing sales as a new comer but I managed to do it with tge help of my supervisor and my team .

I can working without being managed

I'm a blubby person,I like working around people, I can be able to work under pressure.... What I enjoy the most, is that I working different people and I learn a lot of things,like how to accommodate different personalities

Pros: I would like working as leader and lead by example
Cons: I don't mind working long hours as I can like 8to5pm

Great experience

I am a person who is a team player,i enjoy working with people and exchanging ideas i believe than more brains are better than one,i pay attention to detail and manage to work under any pressure..I am able to multi task and i am a person who likes getting work done even if I put in extra hours to get my work done
