Great communication skills

Working as a sales consultant at CTM has taught me so much. Among the things I have learned is using SAP Systems in how to order the products that is needed by the company, by using MRP and VMI systems. These systems are to make sure we always have stock of what we sell in the company. Other thing is each individual sales person has his own department that he has to look after, and then I have learned to merchandise. As a result of being a sales consultant, I have developed communication skills as it is the biggest part of sales. Each individual sales person works according to his own individual monthly budget, as a consequence I am able to work under pressure. I’m a result driven person, enthusiastic and value time for production purposes, capable to make sound decision. I have the ability to work within teams as well across team and can meet deadlines. I don’t believe in mediocrity and I always go extra mile in any task I’m assigned to.

Learning and improving skills

I was hired at CTM when I was a students and I was to do my matric. I started working as a deliver from dispatch to the cars out side and after couple of months I was migrated to work inside the dispatch labelling,counting stock and packing I learnt many things at the time I was working at CTM ,and that time I was improving.because I had skills from them which I all never forget, which I will use for my third employment But, During the time I was working,it was to adapt to things for more knowledge that I wanted to have .but it didn't work as I thought because in couple of months after I finished my matric .I had many bad luck's from nowhere and they brought me down as I am a jobseeker now

Communication skills, SAP system experience

I am currently a Sales consultant at CTM prospecton, I am also a post graduate at the university of kwazulu natal. Some of my duties working as a sales consultant at CTM are stock taking, merchandising, achieve monthly target. I believe this opportunity is perfect fit for me as I posses all the attributes, skills and experience that you require. The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ihave a successful track record of problem solving, Good customer Service, Communication, and decision making skills. Therefore I find myself very confident to be the best candidate for this particular vacancy. My previous position of Sales Consultant at CTM Montana. CTM has taught me the significance of clear communication and friendly service over the phone. In my current role, I resolve customer problems, give sales pitches, and take accurate notes of conversations with clients.

Excellent experience I learned alot

Being a sales consultant is not easy, especially when you work with lot of people and again you. Have competitors close to your work place. You need come with an action plan on how you are going to make your money, how are you going to attract customers to buy from your business. Me and my co-workers had a very good relationship, we came upowith ideas to keep our business going and it really helped alot. What I enjoyed most was our team work, we worked like a oiled machine, from sales to despatch same customer service. We dealt with customer complaints, some of them our managers did not know about them because we had each other's back and resolved them.

Pros: We had a good marketing strategy
Cons: I will say long hours and public holidays

Im a hard worker looking for a change

I strongly believe that the sky is the limit. So I set myself on a very high stand as a person as well as an employee, that way I know nothing is out of my reach as long as I set my mind to it I believe I can do it. I am by nature personable and helpful with strong analytical and problem solving skill. I can work independently as well as in a team. I multi-task well. I am a diligent person with a strong work ethic and insist on attention to detail in delivering results. I am motivated and resourceful and adapt swiftly to change and enjoy challenges. I have good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent customer experience,and a good team player.

I work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week. Understanding between me and my co-workers I'd rate it 98% good. I've learned alot through my life as a saleswoman. I enjoy working with customers the most. The most challenging part is to make sure the customer dont leave without buying. I call it take the moola.

Pros: I learn from each customer I serve, and benefit by improving
Cons: Being managed by someone who admitted to work for the salary only.

Fast learner

Making sure targerts and kpis are reached............... Very sales driven............ Handle customer complaints. Capuring and checking stock it arives... Debtors ann petty cash funds

Pros: Want to grow and try new opportunities
Cons: Overtime or whatever the company ask of me to do
