Excellent learning curve, wonderful benefits

Long working hours. Great team, management from headoffice is fair but in branch can be problematic. No free time as you are working 7 days a week No real room for growth as new staff from outside are getting the better jobs instead of promoting internally especially with regards to the sales consultants.

Pros: Great benefits and bonuses
Cons: Very long working hours, no free time.

Im a hard worker looking for a change

I strongly believe that the sky is the limit. So I set myself on a very high stand as a person as well as an employee, that way I know nothing is out of my reach as long as I set my mind to it I believe I can do it. I am by nature personable and helpful with strong analytical and problem solving skill. I can work independently as well as in a team. I multi-task well. I am a diligent person with a strong work ethic and insist on attention to detail in delivering results. I am motivated and resourceful and adapt swiftly to change and enjoy challenges. I have good organizational and time management skills.

Pros: ive worked before for a call center
Cons: at the moment im working 11 hours

Excellent customer experience,and a good team player.

I work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week. Understanding between me and my co-workers I'd rate it 98% good. I've learned alot through my life as a saleswoman. I enjoy working with customers the most. The most challenging part is to make sure the customer dont leave without buying. I call it take the moola.

Pros: I learn from each customer I serve, and benefit by improving
Cons: Being managed by someone who admitted to work for the salary only.

Skills to adopt and make excellence

Working in CTM it was one of the best opportunity I once had but the most important thing it’s working with Costomer’s so interesting because you grow daily they come with different kind of problems which needs you to solve but I saw my self grow

Great experience

Loading customers orders Offloading trucks Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy and other warehouse responsibilities. The most challenging aspects will be loading tiles but we make it fun!

Learning experience
