Good work ethics, well organized environment

A typical work day starts with planning out various tasks to complete within the day. The day consists of time for production planning, time for employee grievances/problems, time for for emailing customers, liaising with customers on the phone or face to face. Invoices and filling takes place during the entire day has orders go out. Delivery Bookings need to be made and I ensure all goods are delivered.

Absolutely busy dealership. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and customers. The customer is always right. Working with people. The most challenging aspects of the job is to see customers leave the dealership with a smile

My knowledge and experience gained over the last 21 years

I am currently unemployed as I was retrenched in August 2018. I was fortunate enough to walk straight into a 5 month contract from Sept2018-Jan2019.I was employed at my previous employment for just over 13 years and a typical working day was busy. We were a department of 12 people who each had a different task to fulfill, but we all pulled together and always made sure that all our tasks were done on time and as accurately as possible. Over the years I've learnt that one needs to adapt to your environment, being assertive does not mean that you have to forfeit your morals, and one needs to learn patience and grace as everyone does not think the same.As I received all my work via e-mail, I found that the most challenging part of my jobs was getting it from the relevant parties as I would need to message, call and continuously beg for my work to be sent through.

Pros: I was not micro managed
Cons: There was just never enough hours in the day

Administration assistant

I do not have a relationship with co workers as I currently work alone I mostly enjoy people interaction and being proud of my work. I am a hard worker and give my all to the company I work for;

Pros: Learning from the bottom up and getting to a point were I am successful in all spheres of my work. To receive positive feedback in a job well done.
Cons: Not that I can think of now.

Incredible learning experience

The company is a rather small mobile workshop that I started alone.I have employed 2 assistants working with me.The company does not really have a huge turnover because we still suffer a lack of tools.We are without work on most days of the week.Although we are quite productive on days that we do have work.The relationship I have with the guys is quite amazing since they all are still learning the work from myself.We have learnt extensively the how vehicles from most manufacturers differ from others.We have also learnt the many types of timing arrangements different manufacturers use in their engines.The most challenging aspects is the fact of not having engine timing tools for other types of engines.

Excellent learning curve

I am a passionate and deadline driven individual with a very positive attitude. I prefer an open door policy environment where there is a great team work and still have my space to perform my tasks on my own. I adapt very easily in any work environment can always get along with my collegues.

Working for SBSA was a career highlight with so many learning opportunities.

SBSA is a big company that is global with vast opportunities. It is fast paced and it required me to be meticulous, punctual, team oriented, to also work unsupervised, to be technical able andhave good devision making skills.

Pros: Good company to learn about different corporate working dynamics.

Exceedingly High Learning Curve

I am a positive young man with good cognitive and communication skills.
