I have learned how to deal with difficult clients and i am able to provide consumer service
When you are a promoter it is challenging sometimes because you will find people who don't want to hear you out or not just not interesting in what you have say.but I learned that i have to be energetic and also be talkative,and informed about the product that you selling to the clients.working there was amazing our management team always motivated us to be creative and come up with new ideas.I enjoyed engaging with the new students and helping them to choose the right career course

Learning curve
It is a good company, you learn alot from the students and also the lectures who also work there. It is ofcoz challenging having to feed students information who sometimes are not willing to learn. The payment is also not as good looking at the amount of work that has to be done.

Excellent learning experirnece
A typical work day for me would be to send daily reports, purchase orders ,creditors ,venue booking ,asset register ,refunds and assisting students with account queries and payments. I have a good relationship with all my colleagues in my team as well as the other departments. I have learnt the value of team work and making the most of what you provided with . I enjoy working with the students and resolving queries within minutes that has a turnaround time of a week or more. The most challenging aspects of my job is not being used to my full potential .

Excellent learning curve
Able to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Got a well established relationship with co-workers and a good understanding.Able to manage tasks and deliver on time. I have learned to take notes and communicate a clear message with constituents. What I enjoy most is to be able to interact with a teamwork and generate ideas to increase sales. The challenging part is to attract customers, which I personally see as an opportunity as more doors are and can be opened through internal and external communications.

Ambitious and always willing to learn
Damelin is a good company to work for, I am an intelligent hard working and accurate all the time as best results is what they expect from me, I also learnt how to be patient while dealing with customer, working for Damelin was best decision ever that I have taken course it has values academic commitment, reputable and quality brand, Innovative and relevant programmes, skills development and employability, integrity and entrepreneurial spirit handling pressure daily is what makes me to be bold and accurate at all time, course I wouldn't want to repeat the same task all the time. I enjoy challenge most. staff development program that we conduct every monthly taught me a lot how to bond with my co-workers the most challenging aspects of my job it is mostly end of every months when we have to deal with everything at once.

Fast learner, willing to learn
I have gained a great deal of experience within Higher Education administration in general and within Damelin College in Randburg specifically. I would relish the opportunity to build upon this experience in a new, challenging role. Excellent experience
I am a college graduate at Damelin Bramley College. I studied diploma in Human Resource Management. I will further my studies in future for degree. Well I dont have much work experience , but I did assist the sales team in college to gain experience I was also an assistant at the Academic team of damwlin college I like the work environment, you learn more skills and earn a good working relationship I have learnt a lot in the working environment its different from school I have gained more skills in computing, and filing it really wasnt difficult it was simple and enjoying It was a voluntary programme at tertiary institution
