Young female with NDip in Technical Financial Accounting NQF L5 .Matriculated in commerce studies in 2002. In 3rd year studying towards a Diploma in Financial Accounting NQF L6 completing - Sept 2018.Planning to further my studies in BCom - Financial Management in 2019 ( UNISA).Experience of 3 year 1 month as a Bookkeeper,1 year 4 months experience as a Regional Credit Controller with book value of R900mil ,2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative ,Billing Administration experience of 3 years, 3 years experience as a Sales Support Administrator, In possession of driver's license.

Working here we dont have time for our responsibilities

contract says we work mon-friday for 8 hours but we work for 9 hours-mon to sat without getting paid for extra hour and extra day.it seems lke we dont have commitments because we only have one day to rest

Good learning experience

To work at the DA is very exciting aswell pressuring because you deal with alot people who have different views of our party but you have to find a way to understand each other but it's a very lucrative environment you learn something every day

Excellent and learning curve

2018 November:Outbound Customer Service (Currently at DA) on contract basis ending the 08/05/2019 >Updating voters details >Advise the voters of their correct voting status >Capture their correct information I work very well with my colleagues on a daily basis. I have learnt how Voters behave on the Phone when they are being difficult and be able to remain calm. When a client wants to speak another accommodating Language for him/her whereas on your side you need to make targets also. When a client is not interested on speaking to you at all.

Excellent work environment

It was very nice working at the DA,very friendly environment and we build relationship with our clients,unfortunately the contract ended.I would like to join a team or company that will have the same spirit and where i will stay longer and grow within the company.
