Excellent learning curve
I work for a state owned company in Centurion and have a good relationship with all people i with. I enjoy working with people, interacting with them, exchanging knowledge in the industry .I also like challenges because that is where i grow in knowledge. I am in the incoming inspection and the most challenging part is when you have to inspect components at suppliers' premises with little portable measuring instruments you will be carrying. I have learnt a lot in this trade having worked for three big companies in SA that has almost all the tools and well advanced machineries.

Excellent learning curve
a typical day at work is interesting. learnt a lot in the past years. we do a lot of sub assemblies and testing, maintenance and provide design inputs my relationship with my fellow co-workers is full of respect. we are different and diverse but have a lot of respect for each other.
Pros: great enviroment and learning enviroment. and opportunity for growth

Cutting edge technology and great exposure to the Defence and Aerospace industry
There is a lot to learn in terms of product development, design, conceptualizing and manufacturing. There are very highly skilled employees with great skills and knowledge.
Pros: Great company with some of the world's best engineers
Cons: Too many regulations both locally and international

A lot of CAD work to be done, learn a ot about the CAD software.
A typical day is almost always busy because there is a lot of CAD work to be done since every project has CAD work. co-workers are professional and willing to help. I enjoy most the co-ordinator work because its more planning and organising.

I have experience that life comes ones and in life we have to explore so that we can learn .
In a working place we have to respect one another and communication is the beast key to make the team good at all times.time for work must be respected at all times finishing aur tasks at the expected time if not report in time so that management can be awear in time.assistant one another at work and with personal pro if one requires help and all ways work safe.

I have recently designed a model to assist on project monitoring that will soon be used by the division. I am a great initiator when I spot a gap and always looking forward on solving problems that I may be able to. I have completed my degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology and Management. A skilled committed project administrator offering 12 years of administrative experience, (where 5 years was with Senior Management and 3 years with Executive Management and 4 years as an administrative supervisor) reporting directly to executive manager including the Engineering Manager in a State Owned Entity (SOE).

. the working environment is great. the is no gender inequalities within the workplace . the company is a diverse company most important it gives equal opportunity irrespective of gender
Pros: Great opportunity to grow and get a promotion and they recommend that their employees to go to school to further their studies
Cons: SOC compqny, Politics tends to play a major role, we tend not to have work for period of 6months to a year

Engineering industry that supply the SANDF
Awesome to work at this Company - We work five days a week -Wonderful relationship, as family -Ubuntu and Cultural Diversity -Team spirit and a helping hand -Precision and focus.
Pros: Very slow, but the chance is there
