A demotivating environment to work in

A typical work day comprises of uncertainties due to he company liquidation issues and corporate politics. Our internal audit team is small and I relate easily with all of the team members. I have a good relationship with other co-workers from the other departments. I have learnt a lot relating to supply chain audits in the public sector. There isn't a lot I enjoy about the company that I work for due to liquidity issues. The most challenging aspects about the job is being productive amidst the cash flow problems faced by the company.

Excellent learning curve, beign given the chance to proof myself and educate myself further

I started at Denel as a Junior technician on Gyros and was given the opportunity to study and become a Project manager in the navigational field, I work closely with ARMSCOR and Denel Land Systems

Pros: No further opportunities available for the next few years.
