Supply chain management- procument

Am placed at procument, A typical working day - we receive the spec I send it out to 3 service providers in turn the services providers sent us the quotations the cheapest one is appoved. Am having a good time with my co-workers I have to say we have our down days also. I have learnt a great-deal here how to work under pressure, discipline. the most challenging aspect is the fact that we receive specifications late than we have to work under pressure and that causes us to put pressure on the service provider

Excellent learning curve

I love team work.I love helping people. I am very good in computers. I enjoy to take on a challenge. I am a friendly person who enjoy doing things in time and working overtime. I enjoy using my laptop. Data capturing can be challenging but enthusiastic. I am always eager to work and ready to learn what I don't know.I allow myself to be taught what I think will benefit me and the organisation in future.

Good learning curve

My day start at 7:45 to 4:15.I assists users telephonically, remotely and by meeting going to their offices.I do the call logging for IT.making sure their incidents and requests is on the services manager plus and sending them emails to ensure them that their requests will be attended to by a technician.I do reinstallation, formatting and new installation of operating system.I do network,internet troubling shooting and I install PERSAL,LOGIS and BAS installation.I create new user on the active directory and modify old users,I reset password,unlock users, enable and disable users.I also configure emails and update password on schools' principals.

Hardworking and committed to excellence , flexible,team player and respect for diversity.

I start my day at work normally 30 mins before official work starts. This allows me to prepare for the work n have enough rest so when I start my duties will be focused well. I do my key duties whole hearted and precise to eliminate error's. While I focus on my KRAs I also integrate with my co workers is team work spirit. I ensure that I attain the objectives of the company set per day. I have learnt that teamwork makes work easier and to flow smoothly . Determination works miracles and one has to be a life long learner to keep the mind abreast with the recent technology. I enjoy most solving challenges and seeing targets being obtained. The most challenging aspect is that one has to constantly do research and development to know better.

Cons: Technology changes rapidly always and one has to be in constant watch for that.

I have a diploma in Human Resource management from Mangosuthu University of Technology I am ayoung energetic man who is able work under pressure to achieve a goals. I am able to understand different people from different backgrounds at different levels. I have a strong administrative skills since I was more focused in admin during my internship period.

i log on at 7:30 monday to friday. managing the office of the manager performing admin duties. typing memo and circulars,arranging meeting,managing dairy of the manager,receiving e-mail, answering call, receiving clients, preparing meeting, compile monthly and weekly report.

Pros: because i know the work very well
