In IT support i learned many task how to istalled different Software installation and support, hardware installation and support, e-mail configuration and support, scheduled server maintenance, general first and second level desktop support, backup of user data, problem resolution, user education, LAN configuration and maintenance. Provide network connectivity and technical support to minimise disruptions to service delivery. Assess hardware requirements and upgrade based on client requirements. Provide technical advice and support. Testing of backups. Trouble shooting, ensure antivirus management and support, system recovery. Configuration management, file and print server management I enjoyed to communicate with Different client

Hard working person
I am a BSc Computer science - Electronics graduate currently. I have good scientific thinking, problem solving skills. I am self-motivated, self taught HTML and PHP programming languages, very creative and have good communication skills, and able to work in team. I am able to work under pressure with or without constant supervision. I have good time management and meeting deadlines, prior successfully done project or assignment. I have been trying to pursue my career on relevant work in my current job but its not enough as i am a person with interest in the word of programming. I hope i will get this oppotunity to prove my skills and also meet the company's requirements.

Am positive minded and i my job serious always
Install and setup Department SA-SAMS program to schools • SQL queries (import MS access database, excel spread sheets to SQL Server, verify and clean captured data, retrieve data respectively) • Collect/Backup databases from schools for Provincial statistics • Database restore and recovery • Build and Maintain .NET applications • Compiling the reports manually using Microsoft Excel • Troubleshooting application problems related to the database

Excellent
Working at Department of Education was a good experience for me, it gave me opportunity to see different people with different characters in the work environment. I had a good relationship with my co-workers communication was always clear and straight and forward even though conflict are birthed during interaction, but we were matured in our conduct I learned that to interact with professional people into a professional environment, it a good experience for me, one other thing I learned is that maturity comes when you encounter situations or conflicts that pushes you to make a decision. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the environment it was so professional, and it elevated my thinking and my perception on different spheres of live. The challenging part my work was accuracy and precision. When you work within documents and have to report back, you need to be more critical and put more focus on details to avoid errors.

I was an intern at department of education I wanted to work more as an intern as the were no post during my periods to apply as now I'm pushing hard to get a job.

Supply chain management- procument
Am placed at procument, A typical working day - we receive the spec I send it out to 3 service providers in turn the services providers sent us the quotations the cheapest one is appoved. Am having a good time with my co-workers I have to say we have our down days also. I have learnt a great-deal here how to work under pressure, discipline. the most challenging aspect is the fact that we receive specifications late than we have to work under pressure and that causes us to put pressure on the service provider

Good learning
Am working very good with my colleques , we had a good relationship. so far i have learned so many .eg data capturing, updating leaves,payroll,filling,pearsal, working on time sheet etc. What i enjoy the most is when i work on the computer. the most challenging on the job is when i work on ESSP documents
