Excellent

I was one of the best teacher assistant at my previous job , my colleague was very happy to have me on their team . I worked more than 8 hours per day to cover my work. I love my work and make sure my work is done . I faced challenges such as dealing with difficult learner but it was not bad because I love handling children who create problems inside the classroom. I always make sure all the class is ready before my former teachers arrived . I helped learner with their school work making sure that he or she go home remembering what they have learned for the day . I really enjoyed working with learners for sure and I will continue working with then .

Excellent learning curve

Working in retail company, the duties are typical. Working with customers, taking payments, calling for arrears, creating credit application. It's a warm environment filled with warm people who are always willing to give you a hand and show you how things are done. You also get to learn different skills like learning how to deal with difficult situations and calming down difficult people

Pros: Great for promotions
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning and grooming curve

I am an honest, straightforward individual. Very friendly towards others and considerate person. I like a friendly working environment because it produces great results in terms of work quality. I have learnt to be a grown independent person and very determined and motivated. When I doing any task I make it a point that I must enjoy it and greatly reward myself for any successful task completed. Although I might not know everything at once but I yearn to learn and do my outmost job completing my work.

Department of Education. I really enjoyed working with my team sometimes we work under pressure mostly when its exam time, we were buying cakes during the birthdays.
