I like to work with vehicle and machine also good team player I can also take good decisions.
I'm working as Diesel mechanic for South Africa Department Environment Affairs and I was deployed as Diesel mech in Gough Island in UK to support South Africa wether service, this job gave me good experience to work on remote islands and work with limited stork. Also liaising with deferment stockholder from deferment countrys. now I'm deployed in South Pole at Antarctic, to maintain earth moving machines and operate them. This job I learned to face challenges of weather at work and to meet deadline. I enjoyed to work independently to be incharge of plan. I learned to manage and supervise the plan. The reason to leave this job my contruct ended.

Cons: We have challenges of break downs so we have to work long hours to get job done.

Proper learning environment
My employer offers an opportunity to learn on a daily basis. I am interested and compassionate about working with people, empowering the needy and working on learning programs which enhance people skills. My environment is very interesting as there is a fluid approach to situations due to the ever-changing environmental circumstances. The hyper-turbulent political environment ensures that I learn a variety of skills on how to deal with all situations. I also enjoy working with people from all walks of life and that fulfills me to see people develop from rags to stardom.

Dynamic Work Experience
My name is Nontsikelelo Mbanjwa. A typical work day includes admin, report writing, site inspections and meetings. There is time to consult other colleagues on issues and queries. I find other co- workers to be professional and helpful. I've learnt how to write detailed reports, identity non compliances on sites, chair meetings and train stakeholders on best practices to achieve good results. I've enjoyed travelling and being exposed to different environmental problems. I have found that taking on a large number of projects due to shortness of staff whilst meeting deadlines has been the most challenging aspect of the job for me.

Great experience overall
The Department of Environmental Affairs is mandated to give effect to the right of citizens to an environment that is not harmful to their health or wellbeing, and to have the environment protected for the benefit of present and future generations. To this end, the department provides leadership in environmental management, conservation and protection towards sustainability for the benefit of South Africans and the global community.

Internship
I was working as an assistant, trying to learn how to be an environmentalist . It was a nice environment soth good people and i have learnt to work with other people and as a team work...i was able to work under pressure.

A clear understanding of risk management
My career objective is to gain employment with a company that offers me a consistently positive atmosphere and inspires me to enhance the Risk management cycle, to also learn new improvements in the Auditing environment and implement them for the betterment of the business. In addition, to obtain a job within these career disciplines that will challenge me and allow me to use my education and skills in a way that is mutually beneficial to both employer and myself and allow for future growth and advancement.I am excellent in public speaking. I believe that the role as a Risk Management intern improved my communication skills, time management, self-confidence, presentation skills and most importantly I can confidently say that I have a clear knowledge of the Risk Management process-(My CV states my roles and responsibilities). Certificate in Climate Change Management
during my internship at the Department of Environmental Affairs i was able to do multi tasks, i was working under Climate change Industry Mitigation but was able to help other directorates like that of Climate change Energy Mitigation, Transport Mitigation and Carbon sinks Mitigation. These shows that i do not only focus on what i do but am willing to help other and also learn new things at the same time.
Pros: i am a hard worker and will give my all to the company
Cons: Was able to attend conferences which would mean that i my have to be away for a week or more.

Exposure to a highly demanding environment
Working with enormous cases raging from grievance, misconduct, disputes at CCMA and bargaining Council, managing strikes, negotiations, creating sound relationships between employer and employee, assidt management to advocate discipline, deal with any inteculitory applications in disputes, good manegrial skill, performance management, counselling, management of poor performance and incapacity.

I am a self motivated individual which is able to work under-pressure individual and also in teams. My field of study and work experience have broadened my knowledge and gave me exposure of how to deal with real problems in the field of work. They have helped me to acquire relevant and unique skills which are highly needed in the field of work. These skills include; computer skills, problem solving, communication skills, leadership, interpersonal skills. they also enabled me to come up with a career objective which is to be competent inmy field through learning and I take every challenge as a opportunity for growth and development. Administration
My reliability, communication skills, responsibility and friendly nature are assets I would bring and use effectively for this position. I also have experience in biological control of alien invasive plants, project management and strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and use my own initiative.
