i have gained skills such as Interpersonal and communication skills, Telephone etiquette, Success and Customer service oriented, Listening, Professionalism, Problem solving, Ability to work under pressure and Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access),my relationship with my co-workers is very interesting,

What i have learnt

I work in a very friendly and warm environment.I deal with students issues on a daily basis.I have learnt how to do report writing

Pros: I get a chance to interact with people from all different background.
Cons: Report writing tends to be a challenge since some students never respond on time to certain questions as well as not being able to get hold of them.

Good learning curve

i have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned a lot, this includes Administrative duties, secretariate duties. i enjoy interacting senior managers because you learn a lot from them. the most challenging aspects of the job is limited responsibilitiesa

Excellent

I am enjoying been working in administration with the best team, more of family and I also learnt to humble and share with other people. Now I want to work on something that will challenge me better, the most challenging was a part where we have to work on weekend its clash with my church schedules and family time.

Pros: From call centre to Administration
Cons: 11 hours a day

Excellent planning and organising skill

I have a good working relationship with my co-workers, learned how to prioritise. I enjoy team work, the most challenges aspect if getting hold of some of the Board members when there is a meeting taking place.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

AT MY DEPARTMENT I LEARNT LOT OF THINGS LIKE, HOW TO BEHAVE AT WORK PLACE AND I LEARNT HOW TO DEAL WITH CONFLICT. I ATTENDED A BUSINESS WRITING SKILLS COURSE AND IT WAS AWESOME.

I am exposed in the real corporate world where i developed excellent work ethics.

I am working for the National Department at Head office where I find it very interesting in terms of carrying my daily duties, working for such a department made me to learn an mastered the power of group work in order to complete allocated tasks in time and also liaising with internal an external stakeholders an keeping a strong relationship with them being guided by the set government principles is quite interesting. The most challenging part is that we adverse many posts of different directorates and all the applications of the nine provinces will be send to us, so the volume of applications that we receive is very high and with the lack of capacity we find it hard to deal with such pressure however in this instance it requires extra efforts an strong commitment

Cons: Working for the national department is very interesting because that when i have learn an understood what is it mean to work under pressure, meeting deadline, team work, being discipline an also to execute allocated tasks efficiently.

I am a hard worker and my work was excellent

• Able to work for extended periods of time: Even during lunch time and tea time • Interpersonal relations: Able to motivate others to work extra time • Problem-solving & resourcefulness: Able to solve problems of candidates at help desk and markers queries • Security: Have worked in a high security environment since joining exams in 2015 : Have worked at Government Printing with question papers in 2016 • Knowledge of the exams and processes: o Capturing of claims guidelines and procedures o Checking, Packing and Controlling of question papers for Oct/Nov 2016 exams

Pros: i like to give me that opportunity will not get disappointed
Cons: i starting to work at 7hoo and my knock time it was 16hoo and atart to work overtime until 18hoo

Data capture and other administrative work

The attached CV contains full of details regarding my personal qualities, qualifications and experience. My duties but not limited to; answering Telephone, Students services at College Reception (i.e printing financial statements, Academic records) photocopying, Faxing, Typing documents and Taking Minutes of a Meeting. I am currently data capture at Department of Higher Education and Training, capturing survey forms for Public, Private and CET Colleges for all provinces. Started from 06 May 2015 up to date. I am hard worker always put my job first, carrying my duty with honesty and integrity. I also friendly person who can work well with or without a team, I am determined and motivated. I would be very grateful if I can get a chance to prove myself.
