Excellent learnership
Dear sir/madam Re:Application for the post I complete matric in 2006.i then completed my N6 in Human Resources Management at Ekurhuleni West College in 2014.in may i got a work integrated learnership at the Department of Higher Education and Training as a Human Resources Clerk for a year and six months. My key responsibility in this role was to perform the condition of services process and all its administration duties. I then acquired a National Diploma in human resources management at ekurhuleni West college This position has given me key employability skills while allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast paced work environment with regard to my ability to meet specific requirements of other jobs. I have acquired quite a number of skills which are administration skills,computer skills and communication skills.i understand that you will received a large number of applications

My work
I work monday to friday and in an office with almost 18 collegues of my. I enjoy working with them everyday in the same office I have my supervisor who approves my work and my manager too.Working with my collegues i have learnt a lot from them ( how to trear other people in the building and also learnt how to work in a team). Work wise i have learnt how to capture clients payment on the system, all other salary adminstration related (e.g overtime, bonus, km claim, acting allowance), also learned how to create debt for employees due to salary overpayment or any other related overpayments.

Review
I am an optimist, an initiator, self-driven, ethical, reliable, resourceful and decisive individual who works well independently and/or in a team. I am authentic, a reflective thinker and a forward thinker. I have learnt a lot about the importance of good governance and that it goes beyond compliance. My current job is not challenging at all if anything it has become monotonous and predictable. Moreover, my skills and competencies are not being optimally utilised.

Excellent management experience
The DHET is a well oiled machine and caters for youth who left school. A typical work day will be to register students, meet with stakeholders, students, staff, Officials from DHET and Basic Education, etc. I have a very open relationship with co-workers and believe in participative management, where collective decisions is taken, considering all factors. I have learned to achieve the most with a limited budget. I enjoy growing as a person, motivating staff, students and parents. This ensure that everyone grow the businerss, grow personally, keeps motivated and live in harmony with one another. The most challenging aspects of the job is to deal with politics. Politics undermine growth.

Excellent co-workers, I have enjoyed the travelling and engaging with different companies.
Working for the governemnt is not as challenging as the private sector, usually some ideas will not work because they were not either approved or given as an instruction by top management.
