I work mostly with clients and get to meet new people daily. My office is shared by three other colleagues and the work environment is fair. What I enjoy the most with my work is having helped someone and that persons situation is handled. The work I do I have to follow rules and procedures otherwise the particular case will not go through. A lot of precision and discipline is needed.

Involves of sections of the legal field good experiance and exposure to many fields
I have with the Department for the past 19years. I have gained vast experience in the Civil, Criminal and Family courts. Although challenging at times it gives one a great sense of joy knowing that you are able to assist people in your daily work.

I have learnt so much and I believe I will bring an excellent input to other workplaces.
The challenge that we have at our workplace is the shortage of working equipment as result of large number of employees, for example we share computers and that make our work to pile up and go slower.

Perfection
I am passionate about forensic investigation. Through my career i have learnt that to be a good investigator you must give attention to details, and you need to have a good analysis skills. I enjoy my work because it get me to be creative and able to solve complicated matters. I enjoy working with a team or group.

Good working environment
Its a good company to work for in terms of learning about the legal profession. My relationship with my co-workers has been good and I have learned a lot from them. The most challenging aspects of the job is dealing with difficult and rude public members who sometimes demand things to be done according to their terms.
Pros: The is an opportunity to grow provided you study further.
Cons: There are no bonus or incentives even if you work the extra hours.

Provisioning administration officer
I have gained extensive work experience in this department, managing the tender process, sitting at evaluation meeting sand sitting at adjudication committee meeting. I respond to audit queries, provide management with detailed reports and report deviations and quarterly report registers to National Treasury. My relationship with c0-workers is at a professional level, we have a spirit of team work and motivating each other. What I love/ enjoy most about my work is that it I seat at the adjudication committee meetings every Thursday which helps me understand how certain decisions are made and how to handle matters differently. The most challenging aspects of the job are, corruption, fraud, litigations and fronting.
