I have learnt a lot from different people and seem that working as a team makes good work
I have learnt a lot from my previous employers working with people working as a group problem solving and how to deal with the things when you are still not sure of doing them like when a client comes asking for payment that was suppose to be made by not and ways to communicate with clients putting a smile on my face even when you not feeling well
Pros: They want me to go back but there's no budject to hire me

Learn how to processing the voucher on the WALKER system and BAS system
schedule your daily work.working as s team so that we can meet deadline of the report,helping each other to achieve the company goal.Learn how to generate order from supply chain unit and make payment of voucher from finance using WALKER system and BAS system.going out for review taking two to three days sleeping out of home claiming it back.make presentation at work every tuesday of the week and improve where there is a bad lock.

Routine equals redundancy. Good for the first 2 years.
Less staff hired equals more work overload for the little staff there is. There's also a culture of routine and never trying put new things which gives birth to the comfort zone attitude and I'm not going anywhere attitude that results in system backlogs and failure. The pay is ridiculous.

Eye opening experience
It is such a great honour to work at Chris hani baragwanath cause it is such a dirvese organisation were ones learns a lot if observant and willing to learn. It teaches u to how to handle pressure since is a busy organisation. I enjoy the relationship I have with my colleagues even under pressure and challenges we encounter we still manage to pull it through.

Excellent learning curve
Normal working hours without any opportunities for overtime claim Relationship with co-workers is very good, working as a team and always going extra mile to meet customers satisfaction. I learned that working a a team makes the work easy and i am learning from people who has been on the field for a long time. Enjoy hosting international guests, making them feel at home and to make the enjoy their stay in south Africa. The most challenging part is that for the hard work that is done everyday working beyond hours to meet deadlines and being an excellent PA / secretary does not open any space or chances for promotion. There is no room for promotion or being rewarded for being such a hard worker.

Good relationship with coworkers and users. Meeting ever challenging IT upgrades.
The most challenging time is to deal with the users that are sometimes difficult and expert the technician to assist them even with their personal devices/work. Always good relationship with the coworkers, and adapt easily on the new environment. I have learnt to strive to do my work on time and to the best of my ability,no matter what the situation may be. What I enjoyed most is that there was no strict dress code, most of the time on casual.Again, the feeling of resolving calls and making users happy.
Pros: Learning something new everyday and meeting new challenges.
Cons: Stress of not being able to resolve users queries on time.

Working as an inservice trainee at Procurement gave me experience in Procurement department.
I have a diploma in Financial Information Systems ,i have an experience in working at Procurement dept since i did my in service training in Benedictine Hospital.i was hired permanently at Hlabisa Host as Pharmacy stores personnel i ve also worked at Asset department.i ve worked long time at stores department..ordering medication n receiving also distributing..and doing followup on companies.
