Excellent learning curve

Work from 7-4 pm Have a strong bond with my co-workers we work as a tteam. I have learnt to work under pressure and stressful conditions. I enjoy most waking up going to work and do what i am good at. For now the challange are late submissions from other clinics as i work for the chc that causes me to submit late at times to the district office.

Pros: i need room to grow and explore more

Patient about work and giving comprehensive care

.. I have 6 years experience working at dept of health. I have a good working communication with my co workers. We do team building activities each month for upliftment. In service training every Friday for knowledge empowering. I have learnt to work hard.. To have and give hope to my patients. I enjoyed seeing my patients improving on their health every visit. Thank you.

Routine equals redundancy. Good for the first 2 years.

Less staff hired equals more work overload for the little staff there is. There's also a culture of routine and never trying put new things which gives birth to the comfort zone attitude and I'm not going anywhere attitude that results in system backlogs and failure. The pay is ridiculous.

It was a wonderful opportunity

It was an NGO company that helps governments hospitals with new information about disease. And training nurses and doctors on how to deal with it. And also community health workers, traditionally doctors.

Primary health care practitioner

Work starts at07h00 till 19h00 it’s a normal 12hours shift with 2days off , learning new things and discovering new things everyday, I enjoy working with patients building a gininter personal relationship with my clients, what we are having a good interpersonal relationships with my colleagues,experience in PHC has taught me to respect other people cultures and beliefs.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion, no post available
Cons: Normal working hours, 12hours shift

I used to work as hic/aids counsellor. Do adherence counselling and counselling and testing patients. Retrieved files. Captured files on Tier.Net . Do door to door compagn. Distribution condoms. Mobilising for vmmc compagn.

Need new challenges

As I was working in HR and employed in this company for so long, I need to expand and broaden my knowledge and need new challenges. Working day to day with benefits and facing problems as well as new learning experiences, sometimes we need a change of scenery. My co workers and I have a deep bond of assisting each other as well as to identify and work hard to solve problems. I enjoy the company of my fellow workers..their input and our hardworking, dedication to finalize a project or any problems. Although the problems is sometimes challenging..we survive and always come back with the best possible solutions. I need to found new ground and new experiences. Dedication can be seen as how long I've worked for this company. Thank you

I can do all admin work

My name is Nomsa Mtsuki and currently working on department of health (EMS) as an admin officer. Doing statistic for EMS: Emergency Medical Services. I can also do the office admin work. Typing, faxing, internet, answering phones and any related office work.
