Lovely company to work for. Relaxed environment with balanced work life principle encouraged. Line managers very helpful and always available. Seniors and Executive visible and always update about the business progress and new developments.
Pros: Great Opportunity to learn. Flexible working hours and relaxed yet results driven environment.
Cons: Big company and you end up being consumed and just being a number in the thick of things.

It was a good place to work. Great work environment. Good working hours. The place was equally to everyone. People are extra friendly. The work benefits are great and the working hours are flexible

Flexible working environment
The management is actively involved, and planning/escalations are dealt with swiftly. It’s a challenging environment with exposure to many technologies and clients to improve ones experience. The company culture is well balanced and involvement from line managers are encouraged to manage scope, budgets and the general pipeline of projects. There is room for improvement with regards to career growth within the company as well as promotions.

Excellent Learning Curve
I enjoy learning but, not good use of my current passions and skill set. I enjoy job variety and flexible working hours, which I do not have right now in the job.

Excellent place of work.
Most of my day is managing resources and doing project activities like workshop, Client meeting etc. I have an excellent repour with my peers. The company lets us work from home which is great and more productive

Excellent Technology Integration
Great working environment with excellent management of work shifts which are based on . The progression of contracts is however based on the compnysclient requirements hence there is no definite assumption of new contracts

There is no gowth in the company, My Manager is not invloved in personal development There is no voice of oppinion, you get dicttted what to do, there is no development and leearning
