Enjoyable flexible work
A flexible environment to work at. Very demanding at month end but at times due to unstructured way of doing things. Good work/life balance.Good corporate culture and company perks. Problem with big corporate is full of gate keepers and limited promotions aspects unless you are very well known and recommended by influencers who can make or break your prospects.

My typical work day started off with checking my automated health check reports from the various systems and take the required action to resolve any issues picked up. My focus would then turn to outstanding customer related queries. These might include anything from a quick question (process, technical or other) to an in-depth business pain point that they require a solution to. I would initiate and drive technical overviews of our environment to optimize and update. Handle client and OEM escalations Interact with both IT and Business Management to provide feedback on issues or progress, propose new solutions or workshop new ideas.
Pros: Great company to work for. They gave me opportunity and freedom to alter my management style to service the customer as I see fit.
Cons: I was dedicated to a spesific account and when the contract was cancelled, I was retrenched.

Good learning curve
We work at a client site. The pressure to always perform at your best is high. We are the the first level of support that the client communicate with.
Pros: We get to be "jack of all trades"

It was a good learning curv
1 year training that has highlighted grey areas i jave been having with Transition. ITIL Transition and service transition. Working with people that played along the team and also willing to help.

Excellent working Environment
Lovely company to work for. Relaxed environment with balanced work life principle encouraged. Line managers very helpful and always available. Seniors and Executive visible and always update about the business progress and new developments.
Pros: Great Opportunity to learn. Flexible working hours and relaxed yet results driven environment.
Cons: Big company and you end up being consumed and just being a number in the thick of things.

Learning Curve
Pompi is a resilient Honours graduate who majored in Applied Mathematics and is currently on a learnership as a SAS Graduate Trainee with T7C and receiving work experience from Dimension Data. She obtained four distinctions while completing her Honours degree, following which she obtained a SAS Base 9 certification and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification. She is a hard worker who thinks Mathematically and analytically through problems. She performs well in a team environment as well as under pressure. Pompi has good communication and interpersonal skills. She is ideally seeking Data Science Graduate programs, Junior Data Science positions or any similar opportunities.
