Excellent learning curve
I have enjoyed the last 17 years at the company in question but due to change in Management and working conditions employees are not happy and too many grey arrears which makes work ethics questionable. I have had a good relationship with my co workers .
Pros: Good company to work for.
Cons: Did not get along with my manager .

ICT and Telecommunications.The section I'm working in is Network Infrastructure.
Because the environmrnt or the industry is technology I enjoy it as things change ,you learn new technology.There's lots of research to be done on the equipment you work with.I'm talking of IPv6(which is not yet fully deployed),Metro Fibre to small things such as firmware update. Colleagues are always great and very helpful in case you get stuck with what you were doing. As a hands-on and technical person that I am,I always enjoyed the trips to client sites and the professional manner in which you liase with clients.

Im willing to expand my knowledge in planning out of the call centre
my typical work day should be productive in ensuring that i meet my service leves of the day.keep my working relationship with my co-workers open. ive learned that i need to maintain a good relationship whether working in a team or as an individual.i enjoy playing around with ideas,convincing everyone around with facts and learn more from others

May daily task start with reports Then I started logging calls and assign it to the correct engineer to attend to. I follow up on customer quires. Give feedback to customers I have learned to multi task Done my ITIL I have good admin skills I love giving the customers the service he need

Enjoyable flexible work
A flexible environment to work at. Very demanding at month end but at times due to unstructured way of doing things. Good work/life balance.Good corporate culture and company perks. Problem with big corporate is full of gate keepers and limited promotions aspects unless you are very well known and recommended by influencers who can make or break your prospects.
Pros: Great company to work for, limited opprotunities of promotion
