I have grown so much and learnt a lot in the years i've been here
I am a Usage Billing Analyst in the Finance team, effective 01 May 2018. As part of a dynamic team required to ensure that usage billing is processed within the requisite time lines for all relevant product sets across the Organisation. This entails an intimate understanding of all related billing systems and how usage is generated and reported upon, as well as related client contracts. I joined the company in 2005 as a Legal Credit Controller, later joined the billing team as a Billing Analyst. After 2 years I progressed and joined the Business units as a Provisioning & Financial Controller for all Broadband product. This role exposed me to product management and the technical side of the BU and got elevated over years to Overseeing the revenue & costs and financial reporting of the product as an Accountant, managing the day-to-day encounters that occur with the Broadband Business Unit.

Doing the same thing with out much increase
Got tired of doing the same thing with out growth only gained experience. Learnt to work in a team and individualy. Learnt to meet deadlines good communication skills. Making sure the client is always happy .

Great
I’m an enthusiastic, competent computer technician, who is fairly quick to learn, is ambitious and is a great team leader. I’m keen to gaining experience through an internship or learnership programme and also to learn a broad range of new skills in the IT field. I have a year of experience in troubleshooting PC/laptop software and hardware issues. I have obtained a CompTIA A+ certificate through Boston City Campus and Business College. I have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Web Development and Web Designing (Dreamweaver).

Im willing to expand my knowledge in planning out of the call centre
my typical work day should be productive in ensuring that i meet my service leves of the day.keep my working relationship with my co-workers open. ive learned that i need to maintain a good relationship whether working in a team or as an individual.i enjoy playing around with ideas,convincing everyone around with facts and learn more from others

Excellent learning curve
When I started at Dimension Data, I had very little knowledge of SAP, I have learnt a lot, as well as I am the Administrator of the SAP Enable Now tool. This tool is used to capture all training material. I capture, edit etc all Training material, support the SAP Enable Now support box. I have a really good relationship with my immediate co-workers and SAP consultants. The most challenging part of my job is the monthly releases mainly because I am relying on the SAP consultants
Pros: A lot more can be learnt
Cons: A lot of after hours meetings with America, Australia, Asia etc because of time zones.
