II in my company we deal customers. It is a retail environment where there's is a lot of pressure and excellence customer service. I The reason why I should look for job in other companies is that we work hard but the salary is very small,The products we are selling is too expensive but our salaries is too small..

Pros: No great opportunities
Cons: Long working hours and public holidays

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

It is one of the fruit fulling challenges working at Dis-Chem Pharmacy the conditions are well and enable each an every worker to work according to his/her skills, taught me how to deal with outside stakeholders such as customers, good communication skills with internal and external staff members and customers as well, how to deal with money and know how to eliminate unnecessary mistakes. all in all the working atmosphere is very good at Dis-Chem and challenging at the same time as i like working under pressure and a challenge at the same time.

Pros: appreciation of hardwork
Cons: working on holidays and every weekend

I have dedicated my self to the company and have learned allot, learnt how to use computer, print, how to do orders and also customer service, as well as time keeping, how to behave in a working environment

Good learning

Receiving shipments, stock invoice,data capture ,reconcile daily report of goods received, write off,store return and uplifting stock by vendor, reversal report capture orders on SAP system, mailings and report shortage,raise claim as credits.

Pros: Sometims I work on behalf of my manager in his absence, and data capture as well.
Cons: 8 hours per day and 45 hours per week and 225 per month

Time management skills, sales, communicating with different individuals

I want to have a job that will allow me to feel motivated, encouraged and more as a grow in the company. I want to look up to the fellow day and not be hesitant in the morning when I wake. My co-workers need to be my second family so I will free and learn alot from them as vice versa.

Pros: Working in a different branch
Cons: Long working hours.

Don't envy something that you never experienced

I have learned to work with other people in different categories, which makes it much easier to get to know more about the company and how it works, also being more involved in coming up with ideas and suggestions as a team. Learning and growing in the company how to treat others (customer's and give good service). I enjoy being allowed to learn all what retail does and how it works in every possible aspect. There environment is mainly the youth and young adults which makes it more fun in terms of proving yourself and working hard or rather challenging.

At Dischem pharmacy there is no growth, they treating people unfairly, even if you are a hard worker there is no difference, they don't care about employees

I have been with Dis-chem so long enjoyed working for the company but I believe it's time for growth

My working day at dis-chem is making sure I have efficient stock available for promotions , gondola ends are up , stock rotations, staffing, schedule and targets on sales . I have learned so much from the company but it's time for me to grow in my career. I work with 11 staff reporting to me and training 2 a year. I work well under pressure as I have pressure everyday from customers, targets to be met . For the past 9 years with the company I have learned everything I know and still learning everyday.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: Need growth for myself
