My current role is for hard workers
I truly enjoy the relationships built with the internal departments and clients. My role thought me a great deal on how to work under pressure. My peoples skills have improved greatly and are now rather pro-active irrespective of the challenges.

Brilliant working environment to work in
brilliant working environment the work pressure is adaptable too teaches you to learn to work under pressure the work colleagues also are easy to work with the travelling distance has been the issue so far i enjoy the professionalism displayed by work colleagues

My current role is challenging
My current role is a challenge and requires one to be pro-active at all times. I have learned a lot in terms of improving my communication skills and peoples skills. Each day brings new challenges. We basically build relationships with our franchises and that on it's own makes work rather enjoyable.

Excellent and challenging but learning curve
Dealing with new clients on a da base's helping clients and lesson to the queriesand try to help them with their problem make a client happy and also make a mark for my self in s company. Relationship with my co- works I have learned to motivate and help others and team spirit it is always the key to success because you learn a lot from other and they also learn from you.enjoy assistantin a lot not only to clients but people I can say I am people person.failling client, give them high hopes and empty promises

Excellent Learning curve
Working in the world of finance can be very competitive, however in an environment as such i am a very competitive, driven and consistent worker. I am always seen as a people's person and team builder. In my past year working for Discovery i have learnt to adapt to various working conditions and personalities ,which i have done quiet well. I have achieved every target given to me and have been well rewarded for them i enjoy the excitement of accomplishing every weekly goal and the learning opportunity it comes with. I have learnt that working together is the best way to achieve goals and the promotions and targets of a company. My job has not been challenging as i have learnt to take bad situations and turn them around for the better.

Learning Curve
I really enjoy being in the insurance industry and learning more about insurance, however working as a personal assistant is one of my greatest strong points and so is administration. I love taking up new challenges and this one is ideal as I enjoy having to keep everything in order and being the reason why alls in order.

Having graduated from Durban University of Technology majoring in Marketing and being responsible for implementing new marketing programmes in my current position at a reputable international healthcare services company (Discovery). The market share has increased 30% compared with last year. With strong presentation and negotiation skills, I have a keen interest and would pursue my career in sales & marketing field.

I am an Occupational Therapist with experience in the Disability Claims industry. Currently, I am working as a Claims Case Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the assistive devices field as a seating therapist, been exposed in wellness. Have had extensive exposure in the health risk management and financial services industry for about a decade. Skilled in Healthcare, Disability Management, Incapacity and Absenteeism Management, Vocational Rehabilitation and facilitation of ICAS referrals for counseling and support. Furthermore, I have an evolving history and ongoing passion for shared leadership and adding value. I also have a vast interest in product development / enhancement projects within life insurance that is supported by appropriate rehabilitation programs to ensure successful return to work following disability. I was one of winners for the Discovery Life Exceptional Awards in 2017 and an active member of the Claims Steering Committee.

Accurate, committed to customers
Making appointment to companies Make presentations to the clients Market Discovery life products I have learned rejection from clients, sometimes we met challenges where you can make appointments with clients when you call them they don't answer the calls Some times we fill application and complete it with the client when u ask for further details client cancel the whole process I have learned a lot with this position of financial advisor is win win loose loose situation My other challenge is when you work the whole day to sell that one product funeral policy when you explain to clients how it works they just ignore you and said we have many policies My relationship with my colleagues is team work share the challenges that we have faced at field

My current role is challenging
the relationships built made me enjoy my work and what my role thought me. the skills obtained during the years. My role prepared me for any other challenging role out there. I can now work and manage well under pressure and are pro-active.
