Its been an honour

my current role is challenging and is rather broad. I administer business for advisers in contract with discovery. the process requires one to be proactive and requires communication and relationship building skills. At first it was difficult, but then the more I was in the role. I managed to learn peoples skills and communication. My colleagues have been my support structure throughout and really appreciate the opportunity. Since my role boosted my self-esteem.

My current role is challenging

My current role is a challenge and requires one to be pro-active at all times. I have learned a lot in terms of improving my communication skills and peoples skills. Each day brings new challenges. We basically build relationships with our franchises and that on it's own makes work rather enjoyable.

Cons: Some ppeople are difficult to impress.

My current role is for hard workers

I truly enjoy the relationships built with the internal departments and clients. My role thought me a great deal on how to work under pressure. My peoples skills have improved greatly and are now rather pro-active irrespective of the challenges.

I enjoy the relationship building process from teaching our clients to the actual processing of business. Due to my role, my peoples skills have improved greatly and now rather a better person. My role has thought my how to be pro-active and how to stand out underpressure.

Excellent and challenging but learning curve

Dealing with new clients on a da base's helping clients and lesson to the queriesand try to help them with their problem make a client happy and also make a mark for my self in s company. Relationship with my co- works I have learned to motivate and help others and team spirit it is always the key to success because you learn a lot from other and they also learn from you.enjoy assistantin a lot not only to clients but people I can say I am people person.failling client, give them high hopes and empty promises

EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT

-workable hours and reachable targets -pressure can be hard to handle if not built for pressure -the team environment is good -learnt time management is key in corporate world -enjoy the people i work with and place -challenge was shifting from learning to working on a daily basis
