I have matric & business financial managentment

I have good administration skills Computer skills ability to work with a team have a knowledge about employment, basic condition of employment act & accupational health and safety act.

Pros: i have promoted 4 times i started as data capture, after 3 mothn i was promoted to admin clerk, after 6month i was doing sale order clerk and now im currently doing procurement.
Cons: I willing to work long to meet my dealline

Have gained load of experience over the year and have grown

Start off by checking mails and printing received documents. Updating them on excel and sending update back to the Region. Making sure that registers, contracts, transfers, leave forms are captured correctly. Attend to weekly VC meetings. Friendly person, work well with others. Have learnt a lot over the years, patience, dedication. Also, knowing not to take things personally. Maintaining a good relationship with co-workers I enjoy the rush of a deadline, keeps me focused and in balance Balancing of month end reports.

Pros: Regards myself as dedicated employee
Cons: Can work flexible hours

Excellent with dealing with client and staff also co-workers

my daily duties that are doing everyday,is to make sure that leave forms are been send to our head office,registers been send in a weekly basis,attending queries from payroll,attending clients queries,making I have a good relationship with my co-workers because all we do in my company it involves team work to achieve good result and a good performance bonus at the end of the month. Hard working,team work and that all challenges i cane across were nothing as long as your naive to achieve your goal at the end the the day, moments is when am coordinating with people that are looking for employment assisting them with filling of the contract explaining the high and lows of the the company ,the benefit that the company will offer them. challenging part that i have came across is when the staff they failed to report there absent and i have to book them for hearing due to them not respecting there job were by a person will pour all the difficult situations being faced by him/her at home.

Pros: ready to be promoted in work environment,challenges part of me to be able to work hard on my self
Cons: normal working hours per day, month and week

EXCELLENT FAST LEARNER

IT NOT MUCH UNDER PRESSURE WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM JUST TO GAIN MORE KNOWLEDGE I HAVE LEARNT A LOT I ENJOY THE MOST WHEN IT NOT MONTH END WHEN IT A MONTH END YOU HAVE TO MEET DEADLINES

Excellent learning area

capturing registers we work as a team I have learnt a lot which will help me in future in working industry I enjoyed when it a pay day it when it month end where we have to meet our deadline.

I have good communication skills strong administration skills, data capture and filing arrange travelling document for my senior I have ability to multi- task I can work individual and with team deal with supplier quote & invoice

Good working relationship

I enjoyed to be part of that company and i gained too much experience because I was working with different departments E,g sheq department and finance department . I was a sheq representative at my branch. My relationship with my co-workers was really good because we were doing all the functions as a team, all my colleagues they know all the task. I learnt a lot of things and I enjoyed doing figures and training the staff and being part of the company. My challenging was doing 3 position (HR Admin/Stockroom Controller/HR Trainer) at the same time but anyway I was managing them by meeting head office (Payroll) deadlines.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
