Good working relationship

I enjoyed to be part of that company and i gained too much experience because I was working with different departments E,g sheq department and finance department . I was a sheq representative at my branch. My relationship with my co-workers was really good because we were doing all the functions as a team, all my colleagues they know all the task. I learnt a lot of things and I enjoyed doing figures and training the staff and being part of the company. My challenging was doing 3 position (HR Admin/Stockroom Controller/HR Trainer) at the same time but anyway I was managing them by meeting head office (Payroll) deadlines.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

High level of accuracy

I am a fast learner who is always looking for new and refreshing ideas in order to uplift an organization. Will to take on new tasks and not afraid to ask if I don't understand. Have a high level of creativity and enticed by fresh ideas.

Experienced gained

I do enjoy working at my current company,have learned so much regarding waste management and HR/IR . I get along with my co-workers even though are only 5 in the office. We have a total of 56 waste sites,which includes big companies such as Borbet,SAB,Baywest Mall and all Pick and Pay Hypermarkets in Port Elizabeth,Garden Route and East London. I am in charge of all the admin and HR for these sites including wages,salaries,leave ect.

Cons: Team Work from others

I have matric & business financial managentment

I have strong admin skills I can work individual and team I have experience in arranging meet, take minute. My current dutie as procurement is to arrange accommodation, flight & car hire for my senior business traveling. self management

Pros: i have promoted 4 times i started as data capture, after 3 mothn i was promoted to admin clerk, after 6month i was doing sale order clerk and now im currently doing procurement.
Cons: I willing to work long to meet my dealline
