Always be clean represantable when you at reception and have a smile
Reception area is a very busy area of the building that you must be kept clean, as a receptionist you have to be friendly and welcoming to staff members and clients, I have learned to be accurate with everything , paying attention to details, be a team player go an extra mile on every challenge I'm facing, what is good with reception area every day is a new day and new challenge.

Evolving with each new technique, and excellent learning curve
Daily task compiles of checking the bank account on SAP and allocating payments accurately to the correct accounts. Receiving remittances and balancing from our clients and balancing it to our system. Preparing payment for importing in SAP, and then processing all queries, assisting in getting it resolved and give feedback to customers. of status of queries. Sending statements on due dates, supplying customer with invoices and pod's on request.
Pros: Stable international company, with many opportunities
Cons: Moving deadlines with additional intermitting additional hours

Best 20 years
Looking back at my past career I can definitely say that its been the best 20 years of my life. Built great working relationships, its been my family away from home. It also moulded me into the person I am today. I have learnt a lot of the years and wish that my next career will also be as great or exceed my expectations.

Enjoyed my experience, Lots of exposure
The work I done at DSV Healthcare was so exciting and challenging, everyday we were given the ability to learn more, because there are always new customers getting on board we need to learn about their rules and regulations in compliance to our SOP's I thoroughly enjoy learning something new every day, always kept the communication in our department effective so that it highlights great communication skills also promoting each employee so that they can achieve and reap the rewards, the work load gets heavy but we always initiate good structure and coping methods in order to get through our day if it means working under pressure we adhere to it with a smile on our faces.
