Growth
My day at work is fun yet challenging but the is never a dull moment. Just when you think you got a whole of our job for the day things change just like that " irate client". Much its very difficult to get along with everyone, I trust my best to. I have learned that when am at work its not about me but to give the best service to the client. I enjoy it when I get to give the service to client and you can hear that he is happy with the service. Challenges I face everyday on a typical day is those client no matter how you try but never satisfied. But I know its part of my job.

Reporting specialist- month end reporting starts at the beginning takes about 10 days to complete. Reviewing , correcting and managing one GL specialist as well as specialists in AR , AP and Interco team. Financial shares services environment , entities are African and European. Managing queries between local business and business partner. Meetings monthly to discuss figures.

I'm a hard working person very organised and not scared of change
Delivering ;collecting internal from Fnb client work which is being delivered to us from other couriers and must be sorted and deliver to correct addreses, Scanning Do consolidation each of us in the team has a building which she's attending but we work as a team if someone is sick we deligate work ,all of us khow the Dapartment for the whole building it helps us solve the Queries if we are short of Staff it becomes easy and we assist one onother when we have overload of work its challenging when they deliver heavy Boxes and we have to deliver them. Injoy helping Admin clerk course I lean a lot from her duties

Growth
My day at work is very hectic, dealing with aerate client wanting the parcels to be delivered at promised time and date. I get along with most of my co-workers " I leave my problems at the gate". I've learn that in business, the client always right. I enjoy my work and the relationship I have with my co-workers they make me to look forward to coming to work and the environment is lovely through that, it makes is easy to deal with clients. The work its self is very strainers so I am for ever on my toes.
