I’m at large a very hardworking, dependable, self-controlled and confident individual with a strong technical background who possesses self-discipline and the ability to work excellent under pressure, with no or minimum supervision. Having exposure to a wide range of technologies & able to play a key role in diagnosing hardware and software problems and to ensure that quality solutions meet business objectives. Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having the ability to organise and present complex solutions clearly and accurately. People adapt to change differently; to me personally, change is good because it allows for more flexibility and adaptability to new experiences. I’m looking for a suitable IT support technician position with a successful and dynamic company that offers room for progression.

• Ensuring that the valid PO are provided on the invoice before Booking at retail stores • Arrange daily collections and quotations which may arise on the site • Daily tracking of all the despatched parcels from Dispatcher and • Updating the spreadsheet of the daily follow-ups • Daily updates of the delivered and undelivered report • Attending all the queries which may arise on the site • Emailing all the required P.O.D’s and GRV’S to the client • Updating the site asset register • Ordering the required materials, stationery and consumables for the site • Preparing and updating the spreadsheet of collections, returns and damages report • Sending it to Site Manager, Operation Manager, Dispatch Manager and • Client Liaison Clerk

Excellent in learning curve
I am holding Diploma in Marketing and i am willing to learn whatever company is offering. I am workibg as a Driver but that gives me an opportunity to interact with DSV cliants everyday

Excellent learning and growth
I feel I am suitable for this role as I have great deal of experience in working with clients and freight. I consider myself to be a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic worker. I believe I would be the ideal candidate based on the fact that I work with documents daily. I am very keen to work for an ambitious company such as yours

Learning Curve
Handling handover shipments and liaising with clearing agents • Invoicing shipments • Batching documentation and forwarding to clients • Ensuring shipment pre – alerts are sent prior to arrival • Arranging deliveries • Tracking and traces shipments • Motivating team members and assisting • Submitting shipments for customs clearance

Adaptatation
I have learned I cannot dwell on what I cannot change. Criticism is effective in helping me better my self. Always to separate my work and personal life , not to take things personally. Do my job effectively and right the first time. Always remember to be professional as I am representing the company ( I am the company). Being a part of a team and the relationship I have with my manager and colleagues keeps me motivated and picks up my spirits when it is a bad day and no one will even notice that I have a bad day.
Pros: I am now trusted with 1 client that I take care of, it is not a promotion, but it is part of growth.

Excellent learning curve, excellent company to work for
I facilitate Training to 300 people at a Workshop - This could be more or less depending on the Project Assessing/Moderating of POE's for submission to SETA Ensuring that our Accreditation are active Developing, Coaching, Mentoring of staff ( I receive more then 20 calls from employees on a daily basis regarding their Development ) Ensuring that all Training Specialist know what is expected from them. Ensuring that knowledge are transferred Design and Develop Training Material Applying for extension of scope or funding at SETA's
Pros: People Development, Design and Develop Training Programmes and Material
Cons: Travelling every single week Monday to Friday. (I really dont mind to travel every second week)

The role is very appealing to me, and I believe that my strong IR/HR Administration experience and education make me a highly competitive candidate for this position. My key strengths that would support my success in this position include: • I have strong administrative still. • I strive continually for excellence. • I always meet the deadlines • Dedication and punctual • Strong computer skills • Know African languages With a ND Labour Relations and HR, I have a comprehensive understanding in IR since I have previously worked in the environment. I am a fast learner and I can also be able work independently without any supervision and I am also a team player.
