Excellent training

Learning at Eskom has good training equipment and practicals. Following safe working instructions great courses and switching great team and management even though they didn't absorb us after training due to no money so they say and great opportunity for growth as an individual

It alot

A typical workday involves the delegation of problems which have come up within the plant (Maintainance) and the documentation of engineering changes and modifications. What I enjoy is the exposure to something different and a large industry along with its management protocols. The hardest part is not seeing a direct impact of your efforts as the company is so large.
