The environment I work under is basically 101% clientele so you know everyday when you come to work you are about people whom you need to deliver great service to them. My current job has taught me a lot from improving customer service into delivery great sales for the company. Each and every job has challenges but challenges are always present then as a Customer Champion you need to win them over

Work hard

FNB gave a lot of opportunities to believe in my self. I was able to give Ideas and those ideas were implemented . And I gained lots of experience in no time with working very hard in such nice environment.

IT WAS A GOOD WORK I WORKED WITH GOOD PEOPLE I HAVE LEARNT LOT OF THINGS LIKE Admin Clerk: Data Capturing,Query Clerk,Cheque ,Deposit slips Retrieval,Document Scanning AND I WORKED DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT, I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING THERE

It has been the best time of my career i have grown so much

I am a hard working individual who is driven, dependable dedicated to my job, and I work very well under pressure. I make sure I give my utmost best in everything that I do, am always eager to learn and work well in a team. I’m punctual, passionate and have excellent communication skills. the most challenging part of my job is that it required you to be flexible and through that i have realized i have the ability to be that person and working with different people help me work better and smarter

Pros: i got exposed to another side of the business and i got to work on projects that really help me increase my skills
Cons: longer working hours on some days but it was worth it in the end

Sale and Customer service

Sales, Customer Service, Cold Calling Dealing with Complaints, Cross Selling, Dealing with private clients and also assisting the premier department, Enhancing customers portfolios, servicing customers by following on their applications, Consolidating Customers Existing Debts, Educating Clients about products and also matching products with customers needs, Product alignment, doing upgrades and showing customers how they can benefit, Allocating Customers with investment accounts and also advising customers on which product to invest on depending on their needs,Swicthing new clients to fnb and discussing all the benefits they will get and match them with their current bank.

I am able to embark on any task given me!

Dear Reader I am confident that my empirical and academic qualifications as well as my financial background will stand me in good stead. I am also achievement driven and very innovative and need this new challenge as my career has been completely stymied in my current situation. I normally work long hours am very committed. I mostly enjoy working with figures. I also have a knack for writing and communication.

Cons: no room for improvement, company prefers to hire incumbents from outside of the bank
