As a Relationship Analyst, we mostly assist clients with queries they might have concerning their businesses. I have learnt to analyze financials and to communicate better with clients.. my relationship with co-workers is pleasant. we work together and assist each other in solving customers queries. the most challenging aspects of my job is not being fully able to assist clients due to internal issues. what I enjoy about this job is that I get challenged every day and I get to evolve as person and discover qualities in myself that I wasn't aware I possess.

I AM ABLE TO WORK ALONE AND IN A TEAM
I am blessed to be a part of a winning team at work,we work different portfolios but at the end we have a common goal of reaching our monthly team,that makes me look forward going to work.We are diverse and i embrace every one in our team regarding that.We work hard and play hard that is so exciting.When a team member is not at work someone has to do the work of the absent member which ends up creating a backlog.

Great career development
Working for FNB has been an eye opener and a great experience,I have learned a lot from working with customers and also learning different kinds of personalities and on how to handle them. It has also helped me to tackle my dad to day interaction with people,I have also learned to face the challenges that I come across,to serve with a smile irregardless of how I feel,to stay positive at all times and also to be enthusiastic all the times. I also learned on not taking my job as just a job but owned it as if its my own company that makes me to drive positive results. The most memorable moment is when I resolved the customer's query to hos/her satisfaction. The most challenging time is when I cant help the customer or when he/she is not satisfied.

I have a solid experience in managing a successful team
I have a good relationship with my team, I am a team player and good leader. I always encourage and compliment them. I enjoy the spirit within the team as we are always working towards the same goal. I have learnt to be a good leader and to be make my team happy. The challenging aspects is that we do not see each other everyday as we spend most of our time on the road,

Expertise gained over years
Currently studying Labour Law through UNISA. Attended and completed HR Business Partner Module through Davinci Institute. I currently partner with business to deliver desired results. I work in a dynamic team environment where we leverage on each others expertise. I've learnt that as an HR practitioner my role is not to police line management to ensure that they comply with policies and procedures but to partner with them to drive business imperatives. I enjoy the fact that the line managers always use my expertise as a sounding board; largely because of the relationships that I have created overtime. The most challenging aspect of my job is when some senior managers don't follow processes and rope me in at the end when there is burning platform that I will have to tackle to remedy the situation. Or/and when I prepare the line managers for the disciplinary enquiry and they do contrary to the set procedures.

Excellent stepping stone and exposure to problem solving
Ensuring that you maximise on every sale you make by ensuring great cross-selling. It is tough as yoy must be on your toes all the time, there is little time to relaxe as yoy are busy the whole day providing solutions to clients and ensuring yoy provise them with the best solutions so that long lasting relationships are built. You must be able to deal with difficult clients as you will get such and be able to manage the situation before running off to your superiour. Be very focused by ensuring that youbare able to separate personal from business life as that is very important because you must be able to switch from one emotion to the other depending on the client.
