Currently growing within the IT industry
Khumo has over a year in her current role as Migration Specialist. She holds a certificate in Human Resource Hiring Practice. She started off her career at Wesbank as a Payment Administrator. She later moved into a Quality Assurer role at Telkom and later into Project Coordination at FNB. After spending about a year at FNB, ABSA also took the opportunity to take her on as an Online Trainer and Digital Channel Migration Team Co-Ordinator. To which she now holds the role of Migration Specialist. Khumo is a diligent and dedicated individual who possess experience. She is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure deadlines are met. Teller course and other online product training
at start of day would normally do cash checks weekly _ discussions on how to improve productivity-Teamwork is essential in this type of environment we as co-workers help each other when needed when its busy in the branch(customers). I have learned that hard work pays of and it also grows as an individual. I enjoy working with different kind s of customers/people it stretches me- The most challenging aspects is the pressure you can be under but its doable and rewarding.

Great learning curve
-Great working with my colleagues, i love working with clients even though it can be challenging sometimes but it is mostly beautiful. - I have learnt to be more patient with people, take time and listen. its easier to solve any kind of problems that way. - Seeing a customer who walked into the branch frustrated and upset leaving happy because their dispute was handled properly. - Clients who come into the branch angry and without giving a chance to help they take out their frustrations on me, thats quite a challenge

Good

Excellent environment and a lot to learn everyday
Interesting environment and learn a lot. Compliance is crucial to the company and all hands need to be on deck. SARB is very stringent on meeting requirement,s with set deadlines. The team is working round the clock to ensure wr meet the deadline.

 My behavior and conduct are always in association with professionalism.  I enjoy working in a friendly environment and see myself as a good team player.  I am motivated by a good team spirit and appreciate a job well done. I am a self driven Sales person who works well amongst others. I come across well to customers, clients and people in general telephonically and in person.
