Excellent learning curve

I loved working at FNB, I was hands on when it came to customer service even today customers still want me to go back sadly my contract was only 3 months but I made my mark and I am looking forward to sharing my experience in the future difference company and I will leave my mark there also for sure.

A appreciation for customer satisfaction

:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging

Pros: great way to learn how to be patient and to listen
Cons: when customers refuse to say they are happy.

I have learned and gained a lot

Always professional,Mon ty h end very busy and sometimes we would work through out without lunch break. Team work is the order ofbthe day,forbus tonretain and gain more customers we went an extra mile,and rewards are possible duebto the customers compliments.

Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

What Inspires me

I'm inspired to make a positive difference in the industry. I am dedicated in building long term relationships, more than just as another employer dealing with a career. I'm very organised, I don't get stressed to easily and I can deal with most situations, maintain high standard of work under pressurized conditions. I'm also very intuitive and can juggle lots of different task, ability to tackle tasks in an excellent organized, methodical manner. Willing and keen to gain experience in other fields of work and prepare to go the extra mile in any task. Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person Comfortable with working independently or in a team, supervising and or leading Strong negotiation and Presentation skills, Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes Prepare to further my studies I am very interested in people and their behaviour and high quality administration and would like to pursue a career in this area.

Learning curve

I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

The organisation is highly innovative and interactive to work in. The culture of the organisation, founded on a solid philosophy drives innovation, faster decision making and solid financial performance.

Cons: Structure is very large and different from what it used to be.

Awesome People Culture

I work within a young professional team. My typical day involves most often than not back to back meetings with various stakeholders from various product houses. these meetings either center around the stakeholder requirements or updates on future / current workloads. The most challenging aspect of my job description is getting the various stakeholders on the same page from a business delivery perspective.

Pros: Cape Town is Beautiful
Cons: Im far from my loved ones.

Passionate About My Particular Job

preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; file retrieve all documents electronically; manage filing system on a daily basis; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties; ensure all issues are actioned and deadlines are met; manage stationary suppliers, any other ad hoc secretarial and administration duties; relief on reception as and when required, etc . Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes, Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person. I’ve learned a lot form my current role, Good customer service, how assist a Financial planner to to a better job. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals. Hard working, comitted, Ambitious and can work well within a team

Good day, I believe its very important to have a great relationship with your colleagues and peers. Most of your time or day, you are at work and you should make it as pleasant as possible, for yourself and those around you. Team work is important, as well as self-development. I am currently studying toward a diploma in Cost and Management accounting, so I believe, its always good to have the passion and drive to always be willing to learn.
