Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; file retrieve all documents electronically; manage filing system on a daily basis; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties; ensure all issues are actioned and deadlines are met; manage stationary suppliers and any other ad hoc secretarial and administration duties; relief on reception as and when required

Excellent learning programmes

I would like to work with teamplayers, a manager who will not be intimitated by my curiosity and being open-minded. We go out on teambuildings and support each other through hard times and good times. The most challenging aspects of my job is my line manager who never listens and takes advices from (us) junior staff.

Cons: we do each others duties so that when a colleague is sick he/she does have a backlog of work

Professional

 My behavior and conduct are always in association with professionalism.  I enjoy working in a friendly environment and see myself as a good team player.  I am motivated by a good team spirit and appreciate a job well done. I am a self driven Sales person who works well amongst others. I come across well to customers, clients and people in general telephonically and in person. I have a vast experience in telesales and customer service and enjoy making a success of it.. a job well done motivates me. It gives me great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with other people.

Review of a normal day at my current office

I love working with people. a typical working day by me consists of calling clients, booking appointments, making sure our lapse and arrear report gets worked to prevent loss of business etc. all of the staff here are like family and everybody treats each other like family I get on very well with all my staff members especially the branch manager. I have learn not to take life for granted. I enjoy seeing happy clients

Gaining experience everyday

I enjoy the knowledge that I gain everyday with the position that Iam doing, I enjoy seing a customer happy with my customer service and I love helphing my employees and customers. Most challenging aspect is a complain client with a particular job that she was assisted else were and painting every consultant in a bad way. Maintaining a relationship with the client it is challenging.

Good customer service

Working for fnb has taught me a lot, i know have excellent communication skills and knowledge. I like working flexible hours so on weekends I knock off early and Sunday I'm off. I am energetic and hardworker

Learning curve

I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals and organising office functions.
