It was a vibrant environment however stressful and the success Rate were never accurate

tghbxdhjvcit was real tough place to cfcjkjgczss work at, the Hou and company created a culture of 10 rs ar+ workdays Monday to Sunday hours e long, the was no permited day off you will work for mon-sun if you ask for a day off question posed to you is " da y off giong to get you closer to your dreams"

Excellent learning curve

Working 6 to 6 if which is 12 hours a day per 5 to 6 days a week.i had nice educational working experience with my co -workers. I have learnt to speak to customers , daily . I wait I enjoyed the most is working with the entity clients ,yes I loved that taught me how to interact with people though I am shy in real life. Challenging aspects of the job was working under pressure.

I learnt how to communicate with people I don't know and how to pitch

If you not making any sales you not going to get paid and they always adjust your sales it's just not enough they're demanding uniform but they don't give us enough money to be able to buy that I was only working for transport because the money they were giving me it was all going to be used for transport

I have an excellent peseviarance

It is funny and enjoyable when working during the day though not safe after 4pm because we go door to door selling and also on weekends, that is where I almost got raped residential

Pros: We got promoted everyweek
Cons: As much as we want there was no limit for working hours.

Team player and knowledge learning curve

Morning meeting of performance from previous day and how target are being being made and. Work wi different types of characters I learnt that when the going gets tough you dont give up Enjoyed worling in different provinces How to handle difficult clients and overcoming it .

Good learning curve, when come to customer service

It is a Monday to Sunday job, eight hours a day. This job is for ordinary people who are willing to build.your hard work determine your success.relationship with coworkers is actually great cause we help each other. When I first came, I had low-self confidence, so I learned how to have a great attitude, regain my confidence and how to work with people "team work". It is fun being a sales agent, you get to know how people think. The most challenging thing was to deal with negative customer and still retain my great attitude.
