I typical day would include explaining various policies to clients, I learned how to communicate with people from different walks of life and the importance of confidence and goals in a sales environment . I enjoyed interacting with different people from all over South Africa.

I am a self motivated individual who likes new challenge and I am a fast learner also keen to learn new things. I currently working at Global Direct as a Field agent and I'm computer literacy also can type 15 words per minute

Great opportunity

My My typical day was great because u woMy typical day was great because u would meet up with lots of customers My relationship with my co-workers was great as we all enjoyed working as a team I have learnt that in order for you to get a sale from a customer, u always have to be excited. Work service

Its feel good to work with a group of poeple. I learned to work with team and impromeved my communications skill. We go to the field everyday together and we back-up each other in the field. We sing and dance each an everday in the office of which is the most exciting thing cause it relieve stress , you dont feel the load of work. The challenges we face you need to be paciant if you working with poeple because some are hard

Pros: Its a great opportunity because you grow in the business. There are 3 levels which is Tranier , Tranees owner and Frenchise owner.
Cons: 8 hour per day for 6 days of a week

Excellent learning curve

At global direct I have learnt how to behavior in people using Jorge language and how I treat other people in a right way. The challenges I have faced are to deal with angry customers but I have mustered that why I was the best selling agent and got position to be a trainer. What I enjoyed the most was payday and meeting new people in new places.

Excellent learning curve

Employees:Great team to work with Management is very fair and give everyone opportunity for growth. I have learned to be able to take charge and lead staff The most difficult times is when your staff do not make sales and you have to share your own salary with them.

Cons: No basic salary, Long working hours and spending many days away from home

Good and healthy We share love to reach one goal as a team we help each other. I believe that if we working as a team we can reach any goal. We all put our thoughts together to come out with one great solution and see if we did reach our game plan.
