Good for learning
I administer psychometric assessments for candidates to complete, assisting them throughout assessments if they need clarification. I also score them on the system and reports the results to psychologists to give feedback, after I move them to the relevant positions on the system. I also take MIEs, taking finger prints of candidates for checking their credit, qualification and criminal history. I also address candidates presenting motivational topics in empowering them in their journey as work seekers.

Brilliant
I like of employees of harambee because they made me to be more willing to help people ,they encouraged me to speaks by the purpose of improving the first additional language.we also doing the external recruitment to different community for young south African to become employable , and their names back to the office to puthing them on database. In terms of the relationship we are family bond everyone understand one another .I have learnt lot something like positive attitude about speak to wards negative customers, always willing to help people .I enjoy my work and the support from my teammate .

Great university
A good day at work is always made by the team i work with. The relationship with my co-workers within the team is amazing one of the reasons i look forward to go to work. i have learned good communication skills, client services, working good within a team and so much more. What i enjoy the most is making that one call that is going to change a life, calling a candidate and inviting them for an interview, giving them a chance to secure a job that some have been looking for, for many years gives me fulfillment considering the unemployment rate in our country. What's most challenging about the job its when we have a demand or opportunities which are far from the people or rather community and it makes it hard to reach the target or invite enough people for that opportunity because of travel cost.

Making a difference in individual lives
harambee is a great Environment to work in, where you know you making an impact into someones lie by bring change and hope to most young people who lost hope. There are challenges like any other workplace and best solution and handling those challenging is giving feedback to improve working relationship.

Good level Entry Job
I am an accountable call centre agent I demonstrating a high level of ownership and initiative.taking large amounts of inbound calls in a day and working under a lot of pressure and making sure i delivery great quality work on time. Great working relationship with fellow colleagues and management also a bit challenging when you have to deal with difficult clients daily but i tackle that pretty well because throughtout the time i've spent here it thought me objection handling

Learning Curve
I enjoy working at Harambee and a have a good working relationship with everyone. The problem is that we being under paid with no bonuses nor provident fund. I am also under a year to year contract.

It's a learning environment
In a day one needs to be open to unlearn yesterday in order to learn new things and also improve. In our space we contact different candidate and update their profile through a telephonic questionnaire , through that conversation to give them hope. Our space and the atmosphere is welcoming with my co-workers is simply healthy and we care for one another. I learnt that change is the only constant and adaptation is key and the most challenging aspect in this space is nothing can be confirmed about what to expect from a candidate and every situation is not premeditated.

I would like to learn grow and explore in other territories
i started working in harambee 2014 February in a call center and i was always on top on the score board so due to me being a top performer i got promoted in 2015 to work in second floor reception whereby i was answering,directing call and welcoming clients and visitors, in 2016 i was moved to first floor reception until now and i work with walk-in application and also enquiries from candidate who applied on harambee because harambee assist youth to find employment but now i fell like i need to grow and explore in other territories

Excellent Learning Curve
Make contact with Candidates via Email. Answer and edit candidates information on the system, if required then we will call them to complete or update their profiles. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to use the interactive scripter and desktop (predictive dailer).Being able to assist the young people who apply with us. Handling difficult candidates but i dont let it get me down, i help those who want to be helped.

Change is the only constant
Very competitive and fast paced environments. Great team work. It is an adaptable environment with lot of change love my team and co workers. Have worked on various projects with corporates and SMME. My role is to build long lasting relationships and retaining our clients. s and growth opportunities.
