It is very interesting working at Harambee, I would personally say this was my first formal work and I am proud to say it is indeed a learning curve and I am very grateful for the opportunity

Good Learning curve

It an 8-5 5 day job The relationship with coworkers is warm, they are friendly. I have learned to work from the team, share ideas and to multitask I enjoy to meet targets at the end of the tasks. It is challenging to work in remote areas where resources are limited and we have to work longer hours.

Pros: Good Learning opportunity
Cons: Growth is limited

Excellent learning curve

Working at the company has been an amazing journey. I enjoyed the environment of the place and the its people. I enjoyed working with candidates and clients and have improved my customer service. The challenges I have faced when dealing with candidates and clients, especially when candidates were need for interviews in different cities, stores or provinces. The amazing part though about the challenge is that there were others in the team to assist where its possible.

I would like to learn grow and explore in other territories

i started working in harambee 2014 February in a call center and i was always on top on the score board so due to me being a top performer i got promoted in 2015 to work in second floor reception whereby i was answering,directing call and welcoming clients and visitors, in 2016 i was moved to first floor reception until now and i work with walk-in application and also enquiries from candidate who applied on harambee because harambee assist youth to find employment but now i fell like i need to grow and explore in other territories
