I have learnt a lot about how to deal with different characteristics of people in this company
I am a determined and deligent young lady who is willing to succeed in everything i do, i have a good communication,interpersonal and willing to learn each day.I'm doing marketing management N6 but im still in the waiting for my sertificates I only have results statements as proofs, i have alsa achieved N4 in Business Management .

Good
The work is good and we work 8hr shift, which is not bad. We have good working relationship with coworkers which is good, I have learn a lot from working at this company. I enjoy working here coz of my coworkers, short payment

I have an excellent relationship with my Co workers that makes a day at work bearable.
I have learnt that connectivity is the key to successful achievement of our tagerts. And I feel stuck in Harmony because there is no professional growth or any development for workers workers are developed arcoding to size of their pockets not capability. And I can work longer hours in Harmony we normally work 9 to 14 hours a day
Pros: The opportunity for promotion is nil unless u have enough money to buy it.

Lot of experience
I have been working in the accounts payable department for 6 years .I started at the bottom as a post and filling clerk, capturing clerk, (acting recon clerk and approving clerk). I would like to explore as much as i can in other companies. As I feel I have stayed in the mining industry for too long. You know its a sustainable industry. I am quick learner . I am also willing to start at the bottom in any company that I can go to. I just hope you will give me the opportunity to prove myself as hard worker.

Good experience
I've seen that at the mine industry people who work underground are being developed more than those who work on surface. Having experience is more important than the quality of the work that you only learn within a short period of time. Time is important than disloyalty.
