Very competent and experience and willing to learn and impart knowledge
Due to the number of years I have been in the industry, all companies have different atmosphere. However I have learned you as a person you make the environment welcoming or not. It is a mind thing although sometimes you get places where you actually regret why you came. Wonderful environment, hence very busy due to the size of our branch Very good, intimate relationship and very personal with staff and socialising at all times. Always willing to try new ideas and growing at all times, though sometimes the changes comes very often. To be around my colleagues and meet goals as a team and the celebrations thereafter. Not to meet targets, too much pressure and not knowing what say when colleagues go through certain difficulties and this affect the team as a whole.

Great learning oppotunity.
- Great team dynamics (experience, culture, skills) - Exposure to different types of niche insurance products (marine, film, liabilities, trade credit insurance) - Managing relationships with different business heads (marine, film, liabilities, trade credit insurance) - Enhanced knowledge of the insurance industry (better understanding of IFRS 4, soon to be IFRS 16)
Pros: Great opportunity to build relationships, and overall better understanding of the insurance industry.
Cons: Long hours worked during month end, and during the budget period.

Excellent learning curve
Our day started at 7am in the morning and everyday was fun. We had to achieve a daily target given and compete amongst each other as colleagues which made our job easier and fun. We have learned to be persistent, patient, humble and stay positive everyday. We enjoyed interacting with our cliwnts feom different places as family and not sales people.. well our challenges was when we had to make our clients why should they use us as their insurer and not other companies. Having to compete with various insurance comapnies and convicing our clients why insurance is better than stokvel

High performer
I work in a high pressure environment where there is a need to make quick, well informed and low risk decision. It is important to be flexible and adapt to changes within not just your company but the insurance market as a whole. Whilst I have a passion or personal lines claims, I have exposure to commercial claims and have managed an policy services are in the past. I have reached a stage in my life where my children are not my over riding focus and I would like to focus on my career. I am also very open to relocation and challenges in the way of travel etc. I love the credibility I have built in my current position and that senior management have huge trust in my abilities. I am not micromanaged and am allowed to make decision which enhance my service delivery. I get on well with co workers but I am not reluctant to have the difficult discussions if my performance is being affected by outside factors.
Pros: Always looking to grow in both responsibility and knowledge
Cons: Some non allignment between divisions which causes confusion in strategy delivery

Eye opening and very excellent learning curve
i am good peoples person a good team player ,good communication skills and good telephonic skills being able to have good customer service skills and being able to manage and lead the team to success ,having good administration and banking skills ,managing the petty cash and stock .that to reach target and making sure that by cut off everyone is on par

20years experience in short term personal lines undressing and claims Fast learner, hard worker and meets targets. Retentions and sales above average FAIS complaint, completed RE5, COP, ICIBS, NQF 4 ANF NQF 5 Peoples person, work well with team and good under pressure. Give 200% to my job. Always willing to learn new things and challenge myself with tasks

Sales agent best perfomer
i were actually working 8 hours in 5 days.when coming to a group work i were good because i were leaning alot to them and they were leaning alot to me and when we work as a group i were performing because i were ganning confidence from them and i were also helping them to have the same goal.the challenge was when we didnt achieve what we want because we were working based on a target every month we have to meet a target of a month

Excellent learning curve
At hollard we worked 9 -10 hours which we managed it was great co- workers with good relationship and understanding each other with lots of enthusiasm and team work And I have learnt that customer must be always happy with what u provided and enthusiasm moves the merchandise through a well customer service I enjoyed our teams having team work and end up enjoying the job and lot of great attitude It was challenging having stress of target but having great attitude u reach your goal
