At hollard we worked 9 -10 hours which we managed it was great co- workers with good relationship and understanding each other with lots of enthusiasm and team work And I have learnt that customer must be always happy with what u provided and enthusiasm moves the merchandise through a well customer service I enjoyed our teams having team work and end up enjoying the job and lot of great attitude It was challenging having stress of target but having great attitude u reach your goal

Hollard is a great company to work for and I enjoyed my time with them.
Hollard is a Company that offer great insurance products. Overall it is a fantastic company to work for, but regular changes in executive management has made the company rather unstable and employees uncertain about their futures.
Pros: Employee focused culture, fast growing
Cons: Unstable and strategy often change leading to job losses and uncertainty

GOOD
WORKING WELL IN A SECURE AREA AND OFFICE. HAVE SUPPORT FROM OUR MANAGER AND HEAD OFFICE. I ATTEND WORKSHOPS AND DEVELOPMENTAL TRAININGS WHICH WILL GIVE ME A WIDE OPPORTUNITY IN OTHER COMPANIES.
